Genjutsu: Yakedo/Majo No Yō Ni Tokemasu | Illusion Technique: Burn At The Stake/Melt Like The Witch

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user will perform 2 hand seals, creating an illusion where it begins to rain. The first drop of rain that hits the target/targets in the illusion sends a shock through their entire body, reverberating through them like they had been hit with extreme force. This first drop hits them so hard that it shocks them, paralyzing them. Each other drop continues to hit hard, constantly sending the shock through their target's body causing extreme pain. As a result of this trauma, they will take 60 mental damage if they are still within the technique by the end of the turn it was cast. This paralysis lasts a maximum of three turns.
Notes:
- Usable 3 times with two turns in between each use.

I think this genjutsu was described with such weight and flair that it's a shocker I havent seen it before. I love the notion of the first drop that initiates the remained effects and induces trauma. Very well done!

TLDR: Senpai noticed me

I'm just really glad you like it to be honest! I've rarely ever had anybody approach me over my customs. See my avatar? That's the face I'm making right now, haha. In any case, yes! Take it, it's yours! I actually have to use it for once myself, since I don't actually know if I have yet.

Am I supposed to ask for anything in return? Can I ask for anything in return? 😂

I’m a big genjutsu fan but also feel like I would be comitting an unforgivable sin if I asked the best genjutsu user in the history of the website for one of her customs, only to employ it poorly. So, instead I would love it if I could learn (Katon/Raiton: Mure Sai no Shuuren) Fire/Lightning Style: The Drill of the Rhinoceros Crash, because it’s a fire jutsu that does something unique beyond just, “a big fireball” or a “special fireball”. Also the name is just super fucking metal.

Sure I can do that. Post the technique here and analyse it for me please, ask any questions you have!

Btw, since that one is an S rank, and because I'm shameless!!! Would it be ok to learn this one as well? I have a lot of uses for this technique in the NW, since it can help me protect other people from my Doujutsu if I mask it with a Genjutsu. And I'm sure I'll find other uses as well xD And we can call it even xD

(Genjutsu: Nise No Gan) | Illusion Arts: Fake Eye
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: Fake Eye is a subtle visual illusion technique often employed as an additional layer to a disguise, specifically to influence the appearance of the users eye(s) to anybody the Genjutsu is cast upon. First, the user must make eye contact with the opponent. Following this, the user's eyes appear to change into any shape or color desired. This is more effective than a basic Henge as the illusion exists inside the target's Psyche and has no other impact on the world as it appears to them besides the intended eye disguise. As eye contact is required to cast the illusion, this technique would usually be seen as rather easy to detect and ineffective, but that ignores the most potent application of the jutsu. That is, of course, to imitate the appearance of a Dōjutsu. This obviously doesn't grant the user any of the imitated Dōjutsu's abilities, but it does function as a very effective threat to the enemy and can accurately mimic the activation process of a Dōjutsu so as not to give away the disguise.
Notes:
- To clarify, there is no real physical change provided by this technique. The appearance of the users eyes is only modified within the opponent's view.
- This technique can also target one eye, if the user wishes to appear Heterochromic or as if they possess an implanted eye.

That's actually my favorite Genjutsu that I've made, so absolutely you can! It's yet another jutsu I have yet to use, but that's just because I struggle to find myself in roleplay-friendly enough situations for it to be too useful; I feel like activating my sharingan and immediately activating it afterwards to disguise my eyes as normal would be pretty awesome, especially since it's pretty much unnoticeable by any visual cues. Still, I think like you said, it'd be great in the NW. I wanna get into the fray of the ninja world and make a name for myself, but I've also said that for many years and not found much success 😂 first I have to figure out how to win a damn fight!

Anyhow;
(Katon/Raiton: Mure Sai no Shuuren) Fire/Lightning Style: The Drill of the Rhinoceros Crash
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Point: 80
Description: The user will preform 3 handseals, and quickly spit a continuous stream of fire, which will start to spin with a great speed forming a huge drill. This rotation can be either around the user or near the user, the tip of the drill being pointed towards anywhere the user wishes it to point. As the user starts spitting the fire, the user will preform a different handseal, which will then start enveloping the fire drill with lightning chakra. As both elements start to friction on each other, the drill starts spinning substantially faster and will increase the temperature largely, all adding to the piercing power of the technique. At the user's wish, the bright drill can be shot at great speed towards the desired location, going on a straight line until the user decides to make it explode, blasting outwards multiple similar drills, significantly smaller in side.

*The large drill can shoot to Long Range, the small drills will be shot in a short range radius*
*Both phases can be done at the same time by two shinobis*
*Can only be used once every 4 turns, for a maximum of 2 times, given the chakra strain*
*Can't use Lightning or Fire Techniques above S rank in the next 2 turns*

As far as analysis is concerned; the user does three handseals (one in my case, being a primary fire specialist), and spits a spinning stream of fire that either surrounds them, or I assume hovers a short distance away from them pointing where the user wants it to. In both cases, it remains attached to their mouth as it forms. As the fire leaves the user's body, they make another handseal (I assume dog or ram considering it's lightning style) and move Raiton chakra into the now established drill of flame. Both spin in opposite directions (presumably) which causes friction between the two, giving the appearance of a highly rapidly spinning drill with a sharp point, gaining immense piercing power. This can be pointed any direction, and then launched, where it will drill into objects or opponents and remain stalwart in its trajectory until the user wills it to explode, after which several little shrapnel-esque drills will fire off in every direction!

It's unique among fire techniques in my eyes as it has a very diverse range, and is difficult to dodge on part of its size and the shrapnel-drills that fire out after its explosion. Also, it having a piercing effect is super cool, as it's much more in flavour with something you would use to break through a powerful defense; potentially an S-Ranked earth-based defense, or perhaps even a forbidden ranked one. I like using techniques that make sense in flavor for countering other techniques, so a drill is great for, well, drilling through things! Furthermore it could potentially have very good defensive potential, especially in the hands of a single-handseal specialist, which makes it very fast to deploy. This is on part of its ability to be formed surrounding the user (like a bootleg Hyuuga rotation with fire instead of raw chakra) and could then simply be launched upwards afterwards to minimize its impact.

So; my first and only questions regard the fact that it is a dual-nature technique. I've never used one of these before. Does it possess the strengths and weaknesses of both elements? I.E, is it neutral to wind because Fire and Lightning have opposite interactions with Wind? Similarly, is it strong against Earth and weak to Water? Additionally, does it take two moveslots to use, or just one?

This is just a flavor question as well, but technically isn't manipulating two natures at once defined as basis for a kekkei genkai in canon?

The drill is made away from the body and the rotation flows in the same direction, friction is naturally made as they brush up on eachother. The spin is key to combining both elements that would not combine normally, as they are both energy. But giving it a rotation, both can enhance eachother and the volatily of either element is negated in favor of more energetic outburst and speed.

The open ended description does allow for it to be either thrown to an enemy or serve as a cone-like defense around you, since you can expand the size and width of the drill to serve your purpose without messing with the true power of the technique which is the rotation of the elements.

It uses a single slot in the turn, and can be done simultaneously by two ninja ( or a summoning animal ) which further hastens the release of the technique.

Generally, the combination of two elements acquires the strengths and weaknesses of both. Fire is strong to wind, while lightning is weak, so this would be neutral. Fire is weak to water while lightning is neutral, so this would be neutral as well. Lightning is strong to earth, while fire is neutral, so this would be strong as well. This allows for strengths to remain strengths, and weaknesses to become neutral. Except in the case where both fire and lightning are weak, which thus means that this technique is still weak.

Generally, this technique is done in succession, so the fire is created to make the base, and THEN lightning is created to sustain the technique and amplify it. While the flavor tech mentions simultaneous release, it is not done so in practice unless a KG/Ability allows you to do so, or it is performed by two separate entities ( Clones, Summons, Allies, etc )

Alrighty! I getcha (; all absorbed into my skull, sensei. Last question; could I fight you? It's fine if you annihilate me, because you will, but also I'd like to try my hand at a fight against somebody who writes with the amount I detail I try to, because even a lot of people way better than me put a lot less effort into their RP and combat descriptions from what I've found 😅

Sure, I think Isabella Uchiha is free
I was battling Mergo but I lost that one due to going over the time limit :(
