-How the technique is used.: It used to make the opponent hit the ground with force enough to most likely stunned them.
-How it works- It works by kicking your opponent in the stomach than following up with a spinning kick to the chest and punching multiple times to your opponent's upper body. After that you have to punch them into the air where you do a spinning kick hitting the opponent into the ground . When the opponent hits the ground the user poses by raising their arms and bringing their legs together.
-Its strengths and weaknesses. It can stun the opponent and cause damage to them. A weakness to this is when you go to kick them into stomach they can block it and counter it.
-Anything else you find is suitable. This move was made and first used in Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm. The only user right now is Rock Lee.

-How the technique is used. The jutsu is used to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu techniques before an opponent strikes you.
-How it works It is used by raising the knee and driving the elbow downwards at the same time catching the incoming limb between the knee and elbow. Also by driving the elbow with great force it shattered bones.
-Its strengths and weaknesses. This jutsu has the capability to shatter bones when used correctly. But if someone like Rock Lee is wearing ankle weights they would be protected.
-Anything else you find is suitable. This was used in the anime only in episode 195 by Genshō when he was disguised as Konohagakure ninja Yagura and when he was fighting Rock Lee.

-Its strengths and weaknesses. Its strong enough to cut through C rank Iron/Earht attacks. But if they use the hardening jutsu this is useless.
-Anything else you find is suitable. Its used by Asuma and in the anime by Sora and Kazuma.
