Do i need to learn rank D jutsu in my chosen element before i can learn C even if im at the rank to learn C?

Find training by asking the people with the orange names (Sensei). Read their profile first, before you ask for training. Most are fairly busy.

Also, each has a sempai, which is usually listed on the Sensei's profile page. They are also capable of training.

Ye i see what you mean. Thanks again.....one final question...when actually fighting arent you ment to keep a note of u and ur oppenents charka use and health deducted? Which they get a certain of at whichever rank they are? Because ive been reading some and its like...this doesnt add up...one guy was even claiming to have killed another in one turn :s
