Neji begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra, while performing the necessary hand seals [Ox → Rabbit → Monkey ]. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished gathering Raiton, he creates a insanely strong shroud of lightning in his hand. Neji would then split it, causing it to be in both of his hands. Immediately, he would dash towards his opponent and jab then with the first hand; piercing them in the stomach. Neji would then use the other to put a hole right through their skull.

Long range from his opponent, Neji begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his stomach, while simultaneously weaving the necessary tiger hand seal and uses nature manipulation to create very intense katon. When Neji is finished building up his fire chakra, he finally forces it up though his throat and out the mouth and releases 5 dragon heads towards the sky which heats the atmosphere & creates a thunder storm.

After doing so, he channels said chakra to his right hand & uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished gathering Raiton, he releases it, causing electricity to surround his hand while giving off a distinct sound; Like birds chirping.

When the thunder cloud is done forming, Neji gets on top of a high cliff and raises his right hand towards the sky. When this happens, he uses his Chidori to take control of the lightning that's being produced by the clouds. As he does this, he uses advanced shape manipulation to create a gigantic dragon that emerges from said clouds. Without any warning, Neji lowers his hands and directs it in his opponent's direction; whom is long range away. Immediately, the dragon comes down in an almost instant speed and strikes the target with devastating force and destruction.

When thr lightning makes contact, the target is severely electrocuted and fried to a crisp.

Impressive. Just two left. Almost done! Form a chidori and dash at your target before striking him. On impact, reshape the chidori into an extending spear that sends the target into the air, impaled on the spear. Then send a surge of lightning through your arm and the spear. Once it reaches your target it should explode and deal even more damage to him. The only new part of this is the explosion. Find a brave soul to try it on.

( Raiton: Chidori Shinsō ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

For this one, create a shadow clone and both of you form a Raikiri on the hand opposite from one another. Then connect the Raikiris with stream of lightning, forming a rope with the same cutting ability as Raikiri. Maybe it's best if nobody wins this race? 0^0

( Raiton: Raiden ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Chain

Description: This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone. Then, each of them will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another. Connecting the two techniques together, forming a chain of sorts, they are then able to use the resulting beam to slice through objects with great ease.
Note: Must first have a shadow clone in the field

He then dashes towards his opponent and jabs him in the chest. After doing so, Neji uses shape manipulation to create a solid Chidori spear, which sends them 10 diagonally upwards. As soon as he would send them away with the lightning spear, Neji creates a large electrical explosion that sends them crashing down to the ground; leaving them electrocuted and charred.

After doing so, Neji and clone A begin to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra, while simultaneously weaving the necessary 3 hand seals. After doing so, they channel said chakra to their left or right hand & use nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji and the clone are finished gathering Raiton, they release it, causing electricity to surround their hand. They would then connect their Raikiris together and form a chain. Immediately, they seperate 5 meters and dash forward towards their opponent. When the chain of Raiton would connect, the chain's cutting power electrocutes the target, before slicing them in two.
