Besides from basic Ninjutsu, there are advanced types such as the nature transformations (Katon, Raiton, Futon, Doton & Suiton). Also, there is shape manipulation which is used to control the form of chakra and its physical properties. I'd like to learn this element because this is particularly my favorite element out of the series due to its versatility. Also, I feel like I can take advantage of it's paralyzation effects and use said effects along with my Jyuken. Plus, I wanna learn Chidori >_O

Raiton is one oft he basic 5 chakra natures that takes the form of electrical and lightning based attacks (Duh). It is made by the increased vibrations of the user's chakra which is used to piercing and paralyzing. In addition, it can be used to amplify the user's reflexes as seen with Ay's lightning armor and an object piercing power as seen with Bee's Raiton pencil. It's strong against Doton due to the fact that it can conduct through the earth and shatter it. It's weak against Futon because it insulates [or stops] the natural flow of lightning. To make it simple, raiton can not function properly when faced up against wind-based attacks and will be overpowered by it. When combined with Suiton, it creates Storm Release. Some users are Sausage, Kakashi, Ay, Ameyuri Ringo & Bee.

To say this in asimple way Elemental Chakra is the by-product of pure chakra that have undergone nature transformation. I don't get the scale preference between spirit and physical energies but just by merely transforming your chakra, you have elemental chakra which can now through shape transformation, be used to create technique. This process is called elemental release.

-Lightning is a powerful element, dangerous and very fast(one of the fastest). When we say lightning what comes to mind is electricity, electrical energy and current.
So like we all know, if you are lucky to be touched by a live cable, you either get reactions ranging from mere shock to electocution.

-Lightning release is the ability to create/control lightning using chakra. This ranges from making a simple lightning shield to creating a massive bolt upon your enemy, you can control natural lightning by taming them with your chakra, you can enhance weapons with it also.
The amount of electricity a lightning technique possesses can cause so much damage from paralyzing one's opponent to completely overloading their bodies with electricity and killing instantly.


Now I need to tell me Lightning's relation with each of the other "4" elements(i can't accept the one you gave me), elemental KGs that includes lightning and tell me why its so

After listening to his teacher's explanation, Neji walks over to said puddle and bends down. When doing so, Neji begins to deeply concentrate as he gathers a sufficient amount of his chakra. As he is focusing, he starts to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. Afterwards, Neji continues to raise the frequency until he creates many sparks of electricity that forms in his hand and conducts it into the water below him.

 

[Magic..]

*sees the puddle gloom brightly along with a ripple of raiton energy that runs through it*

Good,good..Now I will also place my hand into puddle and generate small waves of wind as I do so, I want you to still focus on pushing the current back towards me with more wave of Raiton chakra..since wind > lightning.

As Neji is still channeling his lighting chakra, he listens on as Magic explains what to do next. When small waves of wind are created, he couldn't help but notice that his raiton was deteriorating, since wind is always stronger than lightning of course. Heading instruction, Neji amplifies more of his chakra and willfully increases the amount of vibration of said chakra, fighting the wave of futon. After doing so, he manages to push back the wind gusts and guides the raiton towards Magic.

using the exact same way you focused your Raiton earlier, I want you to generate a pool of it into your hand. Then, when you believe you have gained enough , slam the ground with your hand and release the chakra through it towards my feet. Remember
to maintain steady control as you
do so.

Neji begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished building up his lightning chakra, he slams his hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground towards Magic's feet and shock him.

Lets move on, the next jutsu is a raiton armor you can wear,so with good concentration transmit raiton chakra all over your body thus creating a coat of raiton.

After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished building up his lightning chakra, he releases it and creates a short burst of raiton which resembles armor.

This next one, is just like the jutsu we practiced previously, but this is a bit more offensive,since its able to cause an electrical explotion.Anyway just create an electric field shield like before, so as my clone comes incontact with you,juice it more with great rage by channeling more raiton chakra to push my clone away and also damage him.

As Neji sees Magic's clone running towards him, he once again begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished building up his lightning chakra, he releases it and creates a short electrical explosion and manages to repel the clone and severely shocks him.

Neji begins to concentrate as he is mustering up a lot more of his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up a little bit more than than needed amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished building up his mass amount of lightning chakra, he channels it towards his wrists and forces it from out of his empty palm and by ding so, Neji fires a few shots of raiton at the rock.
