Scenario 1: As his opponent would fire the water stream at him, Neji first jumps up two feet into the air while gathering up his wind chakra. Soon, he faces his head in the direction facing his opponent and suddenly releases the wind which repels him towards the mountain face. As he lands, his opponent foolishly follows [Wind Stream Technique]. While Neji is standing on the side of the mountain and his opponent is standing below on the ground, he begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra while weaving the necessary hand seals [Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together]. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished building up his lightning chakra, he releases it into the ground below him. When this happens, it causes the rocks on the mountain face to loosen and start to roll down and crushes his opponent.

Scenario 2: Standing mid range from his opponent, Neji first gathers up a small bit of his chakra and proceeds to send it into the ground. He then uses shape manipulation to create a diagonal pillar or earth that hits his opponent into the chest and sends him flying back towards the mountain face [Earth Release Technique]. When this happens, his opponent tries to get the higher ground so that he can try to use a jutsu that requires him to be above him. As Neji's opponent is trying to flee by going up the mountain he was sent at, he first gathers up some of his water chakra and converts it to form into a sticky substance. Right after, he forces the syrup our of his mouth and spits it at his opponent which traps them [Water Syrup Trap]. Next, Neji begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra while weaving the necessary hand seals [Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together]. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished building up his lightning chakra, he releases it into the ground below him and sends it upward, past his opponent. When this happens, it causes the large boulders in front of his opponent to loosen and start to roll down and crushes them.

Scenario 1: After Neji would get out of his rotation spin to counter his opponent's fire technique, he realizes that his opponent had created multiple shadow clones to prepare for another offensive attack [Kaiten]. Wanting to take them out at once, he raises his hands in front of him like a sword before beginning to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished building up his lightning chakra, his hands glow a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards and hits the shadow clones and original.

Scenario 2: Ready to go on the offensive, Neji starts by using a wind gust technique to knock them back into mid range [Hurricane Fist]. To get rid of the wind blast, his opponent would send a fire ball in his direction. In a quick decisiveness, Neji would respond by forming the tiger hand seal and releasing a blast of water to cancel out the fire and continue toward his opponent. [Water Gunshot] As Neji would perform the water gunshot technique, they would stop the incoming water by using the earth wall technique and follows up with the multiple mud shot technique. To counter the mud shots, Neji raises his hands in front of him like a sword before beginning to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished building up his lightning chakra, his hands glow a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards and destroys the mud shots & continues onward toward his opponent.

[Rising Water Cutter] In response, his opponent weaves a few hand seals and uses a standard earth jutsu to block the incoming water waves. [ Earth Style Wall Jutsu]. When Obito sees his opponent hide behind the earth wall, he prepares to attack again. Obito raises sword in front of him before beginning to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Obito is finished building up his lightning chakra, he channels it into the sword and makes it levitate before creating two copies of themselves. After doing all this, Obito nears in on his opponent and moves his hands around which causes the lightning-enhanced swords to break through the rock wall and strike his opponent.

Scenario 2: With the incoming kunai knives coming near, Obito counters by clapping his hand together and causes a gale of wind to repel them and continue onto his opponent. [Gale Palm] With the wind jutsu coming towards his opponent, they counter by jumping up into the air and blow themselves into long rage and out of danger. When they land back onto the ground, the opponent sends off a barrage of earthen shuriken to pierce Obito. [Wind Stream Technique] | [Rock Shuriken]. To get rid of the multiple rock shuriken, Obito raises sword in front of him before beginning to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Obito is finished building up his lightning chakra, he channels it into the sword and makes it levitate before creating two copies of themselves. After doing all this, Obito nears in on his opponent and moves his hands around which causes the lightning-enhanced swords to slice through the rock ninja tools.

He then uses his chakra to manipulate the flames/shuriken so they come behind his opponent & strikes them in the back. [Phoenix Sage Fire Technique]. To escape the fire balls, his opponent turns the ground below him into sand and submerges in the ground. When this happens, he heads towards Obito [Hiding like a mole technique]. Unsure of where of his opponent might come up, Obito begins to concentrate as he is mustering up a lot more of his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up a little bit more than than needed amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Obito is finished building up a fairly large amount of his lightning chakra, he slams his right hand onto the ground and releases a surge of lightning that zaps his opponent who is right below him.

After blocking the water, his opponent uses another earth technique, but this time they release a rock slab from their mouths and aim it towards Obito [Rock Scale Slab]. To counter this, Obito begins to concentrate as he is mustering up a lot more of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning, while simultaneously weaving the Ox hand seal. When Obito is finished building up a fairly large amount of his lightning chakra, he stretches out his arms and creates a wall made of lighting and shatters the earth slab before it can hit him.

You will release lightning energy from you hands as before but now you need no handseals. After releasing it before you, you will quickly use shape transformation to form it in a half dome to protect you fro attacks and you can with hand gestures push it forwards in a small distance.

To counter this, the Mandalorian weaves a tiger hand seal and spews a strong burst of water that overpowers the flames and continues towards his opponent. Seeing the water coming, his opponent surrounds himself with earth armor before channeling his earth chakra again to fire off a slab of earth [Earth Armor] | [Rock Scale Slab]. When Canderous sees his opponent prepare to shoot the slab, he gets ready to defend himself. Canderous begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra while simultaneously weaving the ram hand seal. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Canderous is finished building up his lightning chakra, he releases it and creates a half-dome of lightning that travels forward and disintegrates the rock slab on contact.

Scenario 2: Short range from his opponent, Canderous weaves the tiger hand seal and releases a stream of fire [Running Fire]. In response, his opponent waves his arm around and creates a wall of fire to protect himself [Flame Wall]. While his opponent's vision is blocked off, Canderous uses this to his advantage. Canderous begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra while simultaneously weaving the ram hand seal. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Canderous is finished building up his lightning chakra, he releases it and creates a half-dome of lightning that travels forward, phases through the flames and paralyzes his opponent.

In response, his opponent releases a strong fireball to over power the wind and re-direct it towards the Uchiha [Great Fireball Technique]. To counter, Obito claps his hand and summons a vortex of water to put out the fire [Water Shock Wave]. To protect themselves, Obito's opponent shields himself with earth [Earth Shelter Technique]. Seeing his opponent protected themselves with earth, Obito begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra in his right fist. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning and creates a sphere of raiton over his right hand. When Obito is finished building up his lightning chakra, he punches forward with the lightning hand, shatters the earth barrier and the pent up raiton is unleashed onto the target as a localized electrical explosion.

Those six guys you see here are Pein, the Peins, Paths, whatever. They'll be your targets most of the time. If you ever have a question for me feel free to ask.
Starting off, raise your hands (or weapon) to the sky and send electricity into the clouds above us. Afterwards make lightning drop from the clouds and strike your target. These lightning strikes are fast but nowhere close to actual ones. Teach these guys how electricity was discovered.
