learning Rain from Toku Sensei

by watching it was ordinary rain, but i can fell every inch on ground where the rain drops were falling*

Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.

with lots of concentration i wait for the rain drops to hit the ground and after tht with lots of more concentration i utilize the chakra which is already in the rain drops to manipulate a puddle of rain and make the perfect hard sharp shape of spikes on the specific spot with the help of shape manipulation.

Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

I start concentrating on my chakra hard, after some time i release all my chakra in the atmosphere and force it to travel towards rain drops upon the opponent and with the help of shape manipulation i gave the shape of spear to rain drops which was falling straight on opponent.

I start by concentrating on my chakra, after some time i release all my chakra in the atmosphere and force it to travel towards rain drops upon the opponent and forced all the water in rain drops above the opponent to attach themselves, and when the enough water has gathered over my opponent, I forced the water to attached to the ground too, holding the opponent to the same place on ground.
