Okay so; the Mangekyo Sharingan provides the user with incredible perceptive and predictive abilities, represented by a 4x tracking speed multiplier in our RP. It also gives the user an immunity to Visual Genjutsu ranked A or lower, and allows them to cast even more powerful genjutsu as it stands. Despite all of this, the Mangekyo's greatest abilities are its unique powers bestowed upon its users. While the standard Sharingan is often treated as a helpful tool, the Mangekyo is in and of itself an arsenal of powers both offensive and supplementary to a significant degree. The most common examples of these powers are a trio of abilities which compliment one another.

The Amaterasu is a monstrous black flame which appears nigh-immediately where the user summons it to a degree where only S/T techniques or users with speed similar to a lightning-armor clad Third Raikage can dodge it.

Tsukiyomi or the nightmare realm, is among the most powerful genjutsu ever created as it stretches a person's perception of a single second into up to 72 hours of time during which they are trapped in an inescapable nightmare in which they feel pain as they would in the real world, save they cannot die.

Finally, the S'usan'oo is an ethereal avatar of chakra which functions as a near impenetrable defense as well as a powerful offense. This ability only manifests once the other two abilities have been unlocked, and progresses in stages, starting with just a ribcage, slowly building up to a full bodied behemoth.


Of course, all of this power comes at tremendous cost to the user. While the Sharingan is relatively insignificant in terms of chakra toll to a native user, the Mangekyo comes with an enormous chakra drain. Furthermore, even its activation is incredibly painful, nevermind the usage of any of its abilities. Finally, the more the user uses said abilities, the more of their sight they will lose, eventually and inevitably leading to complete blindness.

( Doujutsu: Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 50 ( -20 per turn to keep active )
Damage: N/A ( -5 per turn )
Description: The Mangekyo Sharingan, literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the highest known form of Sharingan, said to be feared as the strongest form of Sharingan. Awakening MS requires the user to have possession of 3 Tomoe Sharingan and to witness or simply go through some extremely dramatic emotional event. Upon this event, the user awakens MS. The most noticeable MS users gained it by witnessing the death of someone important to them, sometimes by their own hand. Once activated the appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the tomoe seals, and gains a shape unique to each user. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the third stage sharingan. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increases. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual illusions A-rank and below. The link to Genjutsu is further increased and, if the user has gained full mastery over Genjutsu, he gains the ability to cast genjutsu without the need for Handseals as long as he has a line of sight to the target. Also, the Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques, unique to each user. Extended use of the Mangekyo Sharingan after some time, deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. The chakra cost is so high that it drains the users stamina and chakra at increasingly high speeds. Once the side effects of it's use take place, the user is left blind and unable to activate his sharingan. While keeping it active is already quite hard, the user will drain the time he can keep it active at each MS technique he uses. While some can decrease one turn, others can decrease even more.
Note: The user needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Can only be activated twice, requiring a 2 turn coldown to activate again
Note: Lasts a maximum of 8 turns for the first activation and 4 turns for the second
Note: After the first activation wears down, his eyes revert to their normal appearance and the user can't activate his sharingan for 1 turn
Note: The first activation drains the users stamina and leaves him tired, while the second activation leaves the user blinded and almost unable to move if he doesn't deactivate it before the time ends
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: While active, as long as a clear line of sight and the range is respected, the user can cast normal non-Doujutsu Genjutsu without the need for handseals. However, Doujutsu illusions still require eye contact (if feasible) or their own requirements; this ability only affects regular Genjutsu.

They can be sealed, but rarely, if ever, smothered, and are so hot that they can literally burn OTHER fire. Their other notable characteristic is that they can be summoned incredibly quickly, so much to the point that they basically "appear" wherever the user focuses their eyes. Of course, Amaterasu is also incredibly painful to the user and comes with an immense chakra cost, as well as a damage penalty (represented in our RP). This tradeoff is rather worth it though, since most characters are outright incapable of avoiding it; this is not an overstatement, but a literal fact. The only offensive downside to the Amaterasu is that while its flames are supremely damaging and basically impossible to extinguish, they burn things away relatively slowly. This is how the Fourth Raikage was able to survive being hit by the flames via tearing his impacted arm off.

If someone has the flames on themselves, if they don't get rid of them in that turn, they take the full damage of the flames. They can be relatively week in our RP as there are so many ways to get them off before the damage is done.

Descripton: One of the basic techniques awoken with MS, Amaterasu is the ability to ignite the undying black flames. The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. This dispiction is somewhat linked to the fact that, because of the damage produced in ones eyes, as the user closes his eyes and prepares to use Amaterasu, tears of blood flow through his face. The black flames lack momentum and impact (being unable to break through strong solid inert defenses) but have a very high parasitic ability, spreading through anything that comes in contact with them and consuming with enormous ease, any type of fire. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable (since they are not a projectile but "happen" on focal point), this has been proven as false. While quite hard to avoid, its been proven that ninjas with enhanced speed and reactions (such as Third and Fourth Raikage in Lightning Armor) when facing the user can move out of the focal point before the flames actually ignite. This is related to the somewhat slow ignition and burn of the flames. While they burn for 7 days, can't be doused and are hard to avoid, they spread and burn through the target slowly. Also, its been noticed that Dojutsu users (3 Tomoe Sharingan, Rinnegan, Byakugan) and skilled chakra sensors can see/feel the overflow and increasing chakra pressure in the eye, right before Amaterasu is used, but that in itself is not enough to dodge or block it, as target would need to move faster than the user can focus his eye on it. Another thing that has been shown capable of blocking Amaterasu are "sentient" automated defenses, like Gaara's sand shield. By coming between the user and his target, a fast enough defense can block the intended focal point (the enemy) and defend him from the black flames, as long as its tangible and completely blocks the users line of sight.
Note: Requires the user to have his MS or EMS active
Note: Can only be used 4 times and reduces MS duration by 2 turns each use
Note: Cannot be dodged unless the user has an ability that fits the ones described
Note: If hit, enemy has 1 turn before losing conscious and eventually being completely consumed, during which he experiences excruciating pain and damage.

I find that vaguely hilarious and idiotic but okay haha. Besides that, we're all good.
To be fair, look at the Kage summit. A samurai was hit with the flames, kankuro pulled the armour off with his threads and the Samurai was left unharmed. Its not an intense flame to disinterested, it's a flame that is strong but can't be put out. Even the Raikages arm, it didn't instantly burn away, he chilled and cut it off.

The flames do insane damage over time, just got to make sure they stay on their target. We can go through this with other combinations later. This is assuming that you are keeping the cannon jutsu and not going the custom route like myself.

Okay. So um, what isn't there to say about this technique? It's the original unbreakable Genjutsu, the first MS technique we see in the series, and arguably the most iconic Uchiha ability via it's usage through Itachi alone. Tsukiyomi is most notable by the fact that it is, again, unbreakable. Besides this, its actual abilities are that of a time-stretching nature; the time perception of an impacted person is slowed dramatically, allowing up to 72 hours to take place from their perspective while only a second passes in the real world. During this time period, the target is trapped in a world invented by the user, in which everything is under the caster's control. The target can feel pain, and by all metrics, is, within their brain, trapped in an alternate dimension in which they are likely to undergo a world of hurt. The mental strain on the target is so drastic that they take tremendous damage upon being hit by this technique.

Of course, despite all of this, this technique is just as taxing, if not more so than Amaterasu, causing significant visual strain and damage to its user. It also requires eye contact with the enemy.

Description: One of the basic techniques awoken with MS, this illusion renders the victim at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The only limitation of the technique is the users own imagination and skill, a fact proven by Itachi Uchiha who was must more masterful with its use than any other Uchiha before him. The technique itself only lasts for but a mere second in reality, but the one affected could have suffered through the equivalent of several weeks of torture which will manifest in severe mental damage and physical fatigue.
Note: Requires direct Eye Contact and the user to have MS active
Note: Each use reduces the duration of MS by 2 turns
Note: Its unblockable and unreleasable
Note: If the target doesn't possess at least a 3 Tomoe Sharingan, he is left unconscious and unable to fight regardless of body's physical condition
Note: Doesn't work on enemies who have MS/EMS active and use their own Tsukuyomi to counter

Close but lets look at it from an RP aspect. Bit of damage and reduces MS by two turns isn't that taxing. It says unblockable and unreleasable, it's not quite true:
Yin state allows you to counter this
You NEED eye contact, if you can't get that you can't cast
EMS and rinnegan this wont work on
Unreleasable i'm not so sure on. Outside chakra source might be able to break it. Just the speed in which it takes effect by warping time in the mind, well you get the idea.

It's a massive ethereal warrior avatar summoned through the user's willpower, only useable once somebody has mastered both of the other MS abilities they have present in their eyes. The Susanoo is known for another thing too; its progressive nature. It starts as a ribcage, and progresses slowly into a full-bodied ethereal warrior.

So in the RP, our base non-canon character Susanoo defends against damage in a slow progression upwards to represent the building of the avatar, peaking at F-Rank durability, as far as I'm aware. I might be wrong though! Please let me know! Oh and, obviously, this ability DOES have an actually higher chakra toll than the others as it goes on over time. Said toll also INCREASES with each turn the ability is active, and damage is also constant (-10 a turn). Thus, this is a risky technique albeit an unbelievably powerful one.

Now, two variants:

( Susano'o: Katachi Hafu ) - Susano'o: Incomplete Form
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 60
Damage Points: 80 ( - 10 to user )
Description: Uchiha who have achieved Susano'o and have their Mangekyou activated are capable of calling upon Susano'o's skeletal structure, such as a ribcage for basic defence or an arm for interacting with the surroundings. This allows him to attack with quick force or to defend just as well, requiring no hand seals to trigger. The user can do this once every two turns and 4 times in total. If the user has an EMS or higher, the damage and/or defense increases by 20 damage.
Note: Mangekyou or higher must be active to utilize.
Note: Does not count as a full usage of Susano'o. However, if Susano'o has been used and cannot be used again, this cannot be as well.

It would seem as though the custom variant for those with custom uchiha is missing. Must not have been put back in after the revamp.

Anyway. Remember, if you lose the powers of MS in either eye through use of techniques such as Izanami, Izanagi etc, you can't use Susanoo. It's the power of both eyes.

This above variant is an instant one turn deal. Summon it as a quick attack or defence.
