Sorry for the delayed reply, holiday season was crazy for me.... @_@
1 - As I steadily grasp the concept in my mind, my feet urge me to a space of vast plains. Focusing on the air in front of me I perform the handseals Tiger, Hare, and Dragon. As my chakra fluctuates on the air in fornt of me, I allow it to converge then form a vortex. As the vortex rotates, I carefully manipulate and shape my chakra even more creating single delicate looking sakura petals. As the torrent of sakura petaled mayhem whips around in front of me I use my chakra to launch it in an arch slamming the top of the tornado into the earth.
"This just is quite simple to predict simply because of its formation and shape. The fact that it is a tornado already puts the jutsu at a disadvantage due to the characteristics of a tornado, this will allow the opponent to easily predict it. Using katon against this jutsu if quite a simple and obvious choice, but aiming it can alter/improve the effectiveness of the jutsu. This technique can be used to prevent your opponent from ascending, depending on the combination you have used. If used with a clone you can easily make them feel overwhelmed by performing attacks simultaneously.
2 - Seems simple enough, with a single swinging motion I usher my chakra forward whist manipulating as my arm moves. The sharper I form the more volatile the wave will be. So as my arm reaches its apex a large wave of wind roars forward dominating a tree in its path.
"This jutsu has simple application and is just as simple to neutralise, because this jutsu is almost like a projectile attack it can be neutralised with similar methods. Now this jutsu is more useful in short range because it requires no handseals and is quite quick acting, giving your opponent little time to react. Besides the elements obvious weakness you could use this to divert currents and streams of other elements quite easily. The fact that is only requires one hand allows the user to perform this while holding a sword, staff, etc. This will allow them to uniquely interact with their opponent in close range catching them off-guard.
