Hello there. I'm Priest and I'll be teaching you the byakugan and gentle fists.
My training methods would be a simple one. Having gone through the basics, I post techniques while giving you the things you need to know about them. Your job is to analyse and see ways you can make use of them, their possible limitations and questions if any.

Ok, the Byakugan and Gentle fist style is from the Hyuuga clan, who I think is descended from the Otsutsuki clan? Im not sure if theyre like direct descendent or something. The byakugan can be activated as a doujutsu and has a few different abilities. one and the main one is that they can see the chakra tenketsu of someone. Im not sure if tenketsu creates chakra or if its like the gates or something that allow it to pass through these points, but yeah I think theres something like 361 tenketsu? Using gentle fist style, Hyuuga or I think most people with the Byakugan can use Gentle fist to turn off these tenketsu. I think Momoshiki who was Otsutsuki could use gentle fist on Naruto?
Another ability is that it has enhanced vision. It allows the person to view almost 360 degrees around them self (although thats like a circles but I guess the Byakugan can see in a sphere, I'm not sure what the Degrees for that is?) On top of this they can also see a really long way. Im not sure if they can see through objects or not, or like if there was a boulder 500 yards away and if someone was hiding behind it completely covered from view if youd be able to see them even if you could see up to 800 yards or something what ever it is.
Thats pretty much everything Ive got off the top of my head without looking anything up.

Can the Byakugan see through chakra? Like if someone uses a fire jutsu or lightning jutsu and normally block your view, can the byakugan see through it?

Yes it would. The chakra would normally hinder Sharingan or rinnegan from seeing past it but would not hinder byakugan from peering through.

By simply focusing chakra into two fingers and making it surgically tin and sharp, you disrupt the chakra flowing through a tenketsu by jab those fingers into it.

Like the name says, like a needle point in the tip of your two fingers! I guess that's for specifically targeting one tenketsu.

Yes. there is a specific jutsu that can used to close the eight gates.
The next one let's you hit the opponent 16 times sending in chakra not to damage the tenketsus but the internal organs.

Description: A mini barrage of gentle fist strikes that equal 16 in total. Rather than targeting chakra points, the strikes can hit multiple inner organs to cause more widespread damage overall.
The next one let's you hit the opponent 16 times sending in chakra not to damage the tenketsus but the internal organs.

Ok, so the more strikes the more damage I guess? Even though you hit them 16 times it's one attack right? Is this taijutsu, like can it be blocked or dodged?

Like all gentle fist, the first hit can be dodged or blocked with an appropriate defense so as not to expose your tenketsu. if you are unable to block the first hit then you can't block the rest of the hits until they are complete due to the hits disrupting your chakra flow and stopping you from reacting.
Once again. it's safe to dodge or block the first hit.
For your other question, everything counts as a single attack even if you hit the person 361 times.
The next one is referred to the ultimate defense. By pushing chakra out of your whole tenketsus and spinning, you create a spherical dome around you that defends you and push things away from you.

Description: A maneuver that obliges advanced chakra control—achieved via training in the Gentle Fist style—to release varied amounts of chakra from all of the user's 361 tenketsu, simultaneously. And in the midst of doing so, the user proceeds to rapidly spin and thereby, form a rotating shield of chakra with their own person at the epicenter. This functions as a defense to compensate for the Byakugan's blind spot as the released chakra blocks everything in a true 360° range and is able to send those struck by it careening back.
Note: D to C-rank is short-range while each rank thereafter will increase the diameter by 5 meters.
