*Alucard gathers up some chakra. He then uses is to control the mind of his confused friend Klaus. As Alucard takes control of Klaus's mind he corrupts it, creating 10-20 clones of himself. He then continues the mind corruption, making co-ordinate moves with the clones in his friends mind. As his friend now seem very scared and starts punching and kicking the thin air around him, Alucard sits down on the ground.*

Focus your chakra and perform two handseals. As you did this you send a wave of chakra towards the opponent to trap them in the genjutsu, which makes it appear for them as if they suddenly are surrounded by a swirl of leaves. As the swirl fades away after a few seconds the opponent sees the image of whatever it is they fear most. As they do not expect this in most cases, this will shock them and cause them to faint.

As I hear instructions from Leaf sensei, I wait for Skorm to perform the genjutsu first, then once he is finished I begin to gather my chakra and concentrate. I then begin to perform two hand seals, after the hand seals have been performed, I use chakra to make illusionary leaves surround Skorm, the leaves surround and move around Skorm's body for a while then the leaves fall, as they do Skorm see's Leaf heading at him with a wooden sword ready to kick his arse. Skorm then begins to run and duck. I stand in the corner laughing.

After finding out that you're in a genjutsu, there are several ways to get out of the illusion of which Kai is one. In a nutshel you perform a handseal and focus your chakra. Then you forcefully stop your chakra flow and spike your spiritual energy to unbalance your chakra balance between your physical and your spiritual chakra. Then by letting your chakra flow through your system again, you can use your chakra and are out of the genjutsu.

 

[Klaus]

After listening to Leaf sensei, I begin to concentrate and focus my chakra. Then I make a single hand seal and try to stop my chakra flow, as I do this I feel my chakra flow slower to a point where it stops. Then I begin to use my spiritual energy to try and unbalance my chakra. After a few moments I begin to let my chakra flow again and then stand there awaiting further instructions.

Good question, with a very simple answer.. No. Unless your summon can perform handseals and it explicitly says it can use genjutsu, it cannot. And puppets do not have chakra. Clones, however, would be able to get their original body as well as other clones out of the genjutsu.

As Klaus listens to Leaf sensei's instructions, he hears Alucard scream "use Kai for the love of God" Klaus, then focus on his chakra and releases himself from the genjutsu Alucard had put on him. He then gathers a slight amount of chakra and focuses deeply. Klaus then prepares to execute the genjutsu, the looks at Alucard and grins Klaus then creates a clone of himself and orders the clone to run towards Alucard. While the clone runs Klaus uses the genjutsu and traps his own clone in it making the think he is still running towards Alucard when he is really just walking in circles.

Klaus listens to the explanation of the jutsu given by Leaf sensei, he then listens to the instructions given and begins to gather chakra. Klaus, after a few moments creates a clone that he will utilize for the performance of the jutsu. Klaus then touches his clone and uses chakra to cast the genjutsu and make him reveal information that might be useful. As Klaus is in touch with clone, the clone begins to reveal information about chemistry.

Klaus listens to the orders given by Leaf sensei, he then moves on to gather chakra and concentrate. He releases his chakra and creates an illusion. He makes the illusion affect Alucard. As he stands there he observes a large fireball raining down from the sky and enveloping him with its flames. As Alucard sees this he begins stop, drop and roll.

Hahaha now that's priceless.
I would either use Kai, or simply inflict damage on me to awaken myself from the genjutsu.

To answer your question Leaf. I presume the victim can just run away since the jutsu doesn't reach long-range .
Other than that, i also guess sensor skills can see through this since the fake fireball lacks chakra.
