Focus your lightning chakra and perform these handseals *Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare* then use your focused lightning chakra to summon Four Giant Pillars to surround the opponent. Thereafter you shoot bolts of lightning to bind the target in place, and maybe damaging him. Aim it at a couple of trees.

*well i start focusing on my chakra and then on the clouds and i release my chakra in an form of electrical essence into the clouds then without loosing my focus from the clouds i think of an image in my mind and then i use my chakra to direct lightning towardes that position and to strike the lightning*

When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

Focus your lightning chakra and perform these handseals 'Rabbit or Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat' then release a wave of extremely quick electricity.
If you already learned suiton, then first use a suiton jutsu and then use Wave of Inspiration to combine with the water, creating a water/lightning combo.

* i start to concentrate more on my chakra and then i repeat the hand signs and keep making my chakra stronger and dense for a more powerful attack and while doing so i release a wave o lightning and using shape manipulation make it streamlined so that it can travel faster*
