The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.

Focus your lightning chakra and simply create a clone of your self using lightning chakra. The clone can use ninjutsu and taijutsu like you and has all the normal moves you have. Other than that, if your clone gets hit he will change back to it's former substance, hence pure lightning chakra, which can harm the opponent if he touches the clone at the moment he turns back to it's previous state.

Description: A lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.

Perform these handseals 'Ox → Rabbit → Monkey or Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey' and focus your lightning chakra into your dominant hand. Then run towards my clone and thrust the lightning at her in high speed. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that you must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for you. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for you. Sasuke and Kakashi are able to avoid the drawback because of their Sharingan, which takes in every detail, regardless of how fast the user is moving. So if you have Sharingan eyes, it's better to use them for this attack.
