Well, actually Lightning is weak against Wind

*I send chakra into the sky to change the weather to stormy with thunderclouds and lightning flashes*

*sits and starts to meditate after a long ours of meditation i realize the true mean of lightning it was beautifull to watch but i also sensed it carried the power of devastation it was quick and swift and fealt like i have to become one with it to master it*

Whenever you're done explaining, focus your lightning chakra until you can feel small sparks of electricity on or around your hands.

well it was a experiance i cant put to-gether but it felt strange but strong
and i start to fell little sparks in my hand

And please explain more how you get those sparks on your hand.

well as i get one with lightning i felt that feeling and liked i wanted to become one with it and started to focus more properly on it and got that sparky feeling

Focus your lightning chakra and perform these handseals *Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram* then slam your hand on the ground, releasing a surge of lightning over the ground towards my clone to shock her.

More explanation please. By explaining what you do I can see if you really understand it.
And explaining what you do in a spar or fight is much easier to understand than when you just say I use lightning surge.

Like the last jutsu, focus your lightning chakra and create an electric field around you, but this time as my clone touches the electric field, make it explode so that my clone gets blown backwards.
