I focus my chakra into the ground around me in a 3.5 foot radius all around me. I then use my chakra to raise up the earth that I focused my chakra around. The plateau rises up four feet in the air and i begin flying around on it*

hmm ok i got one
i know it says that it can only dodge b rank jutsus but what if i raised the plateau and then jumped off of it
could i then dodge higher ranks?

Technically you can dodge any jutsu with it by flying around them. I just didn't think it would hace been approved if I didn't put it in there. For the sake of rp, if a jutsu comes straight forward to you then you should ve able to avoid. If its a wide spread jutsu then no avoidance.
