Alright the concept behind the jutsu is simple: you focus earth chakra into the earth. You use that chakra to cause it to detach from the rest of the earth, and you then use your own chakra attached to the earth to cause you to stay connected to it, like the walking on water technique. To get it to stay afloat, you use the same chakra that you are attached to to cause it to move around. It's perfect for escaping incoming jutsus and to fly for a moment as well. The jutsu is big enough to hold up to 5 ninja at a time. Furthermore, if you're above a target and can sense them below you in some way, you can jump off of it and cause it to come crashing into them. Plus, it can be used in other ways, making it extremely useful. ^^
I start by gathering my earth chakra then channeling it into the ground. Causing a huge chunk of earth to detached from the ground from under me lifting me upwards. I then move the rock around in my desired location as i see fit

Description: This jutsu gets its basis from the technique a shinobi uses to walk across the surface of water. To perform it the user must emit a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of his feet which will make him hover just above the surface of the ground. The user then proceeds to emit stronger chakra streams from any side of his feet to act as a propellant and allow the user to seemingly skate across the ground. This can be done without moving but the user can gain speed faster by moving his body in a similar fashion to an ice skater. While on a level surface, the user can reach sprinting speed in 8 seconds if only propelled by chakra. Of course, this technique works on water as well.
-Lasts up to 5 turns
Okay the first one, the dome or whatever. You gather a large amount of chakra, a great amount. You spread it throughout the earth around you and at least to mid range. You then form a short string of handseals (5 if you aren't an earth specialist) and cause the chakra to raise high around the area, causing it to make the earth rise in a circular fashion around you and your foe. The chakra continues to raise until it closes up at the top, making it pitch black on the inside, negating all light. Hint: if you were a nara and used this, it'd be perfect for instant jutsu as it's closing, there is a lot of shadows xD It reaches up to Long range as well, effectively turning the battlefield into an upside down bowl, so to speak lol.
A strange seed looking thing appears in the middle of the training ground. Poof goes the seed, it's a smoke screen. A strange figure appears in the middle of it.
(Senpuku Kemuri Kangoku no jutsu) – Blinding Smoke Screen Technique

*i make a string of five handseals and focus my earth chakra all around up to the edge of mid range, flooding it with my earth chakra, while doing so. I then force the edge of the ground i focused on to turn upwards and close in aall around while it rises up very high. The dome it forms blocks out all light and it becomes pitch black*
also if you used this with bringer of darkness it'd be pretty cool since they wouldnt know if they were in a gen or a dome

Description: The user holds out his left arm in front of him as if he is holding a bow and creates a lightning-drawn bow and draws back the right arm by his head, while creating a lightning bolt arrow. The bow and arrow are completely made of lightning. The user then adds a small bit of fire chakra to the bolt, increasing it's burning capabilities. The user then releases said arrow at the target. The bolt follows the enemy’s body heat (like a heat-sensing tracker). Once it has caught up to the body of the enemy, the bolts then begin to circle around the enemy's body in a spiraling fashion from the ankles up, wrapping the enemy up, and binding him, electrocuting him/her.

Description: The user creates a large chunk of the earth beneath him to rise into the air quickly, letting him manipulate the control of the piece of earth, causing it to be able to avoid and dodge B-rank and below jutsu. The user applies chakra to his feet to stay on the earth upside-down and, if he chooses to do so, can jump off and cause the earth to float towards what he wants it too.
