Kagara waits for his sensei to appear.
Nagato steps into the dojo and bows his head slightly to his student, greeting him. "Hello Kagara, since you're here to learn the body arts I'd like to begin with simple explanations." Nagato takes a seat on the smooth wooden floor releasing a comfortable sigh. "Explain to me what the body arts, or Taijutsu, is. And take a moment to explain what strength, stamina, balance, and stance are. No need for long, drawn out explanations. Taking a simple approach is fine."

Kagara, matching his sensei's actions, also sat down the floor, sitting on his knee's as his sensei asked him to explain the basics of Taijutsu, which he felt seemed like a quite simple feat, and as such Kagara simply started speaking off the top of his head without really giving it much thought.

Well, i'll go through the list the same way you asked me to, if you dont mind? Taijutsu is the art of Hand to hand combat. Turning ones own body into a weapon, or in some cases, even a shield. Taijutsu can be anything from punches and kicks, to headbutt's elbows, knee's, any physical or defensive action where the user's primary weapon is their own limbs is considered Taijutsu.
As for strength, well thats simple, it pertains to ones physical capabilities. Some people can lift heavy weights, having a strong upper body strength, Whereas some people run and kick faster, having a stronger lower body. Strength comes down to ones physical attributes where chakra isn't a factor, as Chakra enhances ones base strength.
Stamina is, also simple, its how long someone can fight. You can be the strongest, fastest fighter in the world, but if you can only last ten seconds, than you will die, simple.
Balance and stance are really one in the stance. A bad stance can lead to bad balance, and vice versa. Your balance allows you to traverse and move on more uneven and less favorable surfaces, where as a stance can increase your power, or give you a better chance at dodging.
You told me to stay out of heavy detail, so i hope that will suffice.

Kagara then closed his eye's and sighed, realising he had said all that with one breath made him feel quite silly, his stupid social ineptitude coming through strong as usual.

"Excellent. Let's begin by discussing the use of our hands. These first few actions encompass probably the most simple maneuvers of taijutsu - punching and overall just striking with our hands. Given that these are some of the simplest to execute attacks I don't expect much. Show me what you've got!" he encourages, pointing toward a training dummy in the dojo. "Try to make a combination out of a few of these."

Nodding in agreeance, Kagara stood up and got close to the training dummy. The first technique was well...a chest punch, so Kagara did just that. Bring his arm in, Kagara clenched his fist and struck out, twisting his hand to have his knuckles facing upwards as he struck the dummy in the chest, causing it to wobble slightly before slowly stopping still once more.

The next one was a less pin point hit and a more, where ever you want to punch punch. Holding his fist down near his hip, Kagara clenched his fist once more before swinging his arm up into an arc, half uppercutting the dummy in the side of the jaw, once again causing it to wobble slightly.

lastly, Kagara went over to a dummy that simulated movement when struck. With the face of his hand, Kagara slapped on of the rods of the dummy, causing it to spin around and aim to smack Kagara in the face. Ducking slightly, Kagara brought the back of his hand back around to slap the rod back around, blocking and striking at once. As it came around again, Kagara simply grabbed the rod stopping its momentum before turning to his teacher.

Will that suffice?

"Good work. Now let's move onto maneuvers and attacks which utilize your legs and other body parts, other than your hands. Like before, try to make an interesting combination out of as many of these as you can. Some are more fun than others..." Nagato trails off, thinking of the Dynamic Entry in all its glory. "Once we finish establishing these basics we can move into more interesting attacks and maneuvers."

(Kikku) Kick
Type: Offensive
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 20
Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply hit the opponent with a kick from one of his legs. He is free to choose simple variations of the kick and the stronger he is, the more dangerous the technique is.
(Dainamikku Entori) - Dynamic Entry
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:20
Description:A taijutsu attack were the user does a jumping kick into the opponents face.
(Konoha Reppū) - Leaf Gale
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points:20
Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.
(Konoha Senpū) - Leaf Hurricane
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 20
Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.
(Fōringu Hōyō) Falling Embrace
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 20
Description: The user runs at the enemy and tackles them, slamming them into the earth.
