Physical strength -
Goku destroys Obito&Madara, no chance, he moves faster than the speed of light, and travels a wide radius when he's fighting at light speed, he could obliterate Madara&Obito just in a physical fight. He would destroy Susano'o in one punch, not even kidding. (Tsunade was able to break the second stage, and took barely any of her new crystal power, and Goku is 1,000,000,000,000,000 light years stronger than her..)
Chakra/Ki -
Ki is a stronger form of chakra, way more in depth with power and creation. Madara or Obito would never land a genjutsu on Goku, his ki(much stronger form of chakra) would never allow genjutsu to overtake him. (example, Kurama can break Naruto out of genjutsu with his own chakra, and Goku's ki is stronger than the nine tails, easily..)
-Battle Scenario-
Goku is fighting Obito&Madara, because Madara and his lackey wants to use the moons eye plan once again, he's at the current level he's at now. Goku would destroy Madara + Obito in the first combo, Goku's physical strength out matches anyone in the Narutoverse, and would destroy every single jinchuriki(including Juubito, easily.) Goku is on Galaxy busting levels, we just never see it because he concentrates his Galaxy busting attacks into a single concentrated point, and has control over the energy wave, which only attacks his opponent, and some of the aftershock from the blast is sent as a shockwave that creates craters, dust clouds, etc. I feel retarded for having to summarize this, and if you don't believe me still, you're just selfish and arrogant on your own decision. Goku destroys Madara and Obito without even powering up. Case closed for me, hopefully you people get it. If you hit Obito while he's in his physical state, he's done, and Goku would punch him even before Obito's fist reached him and easily destroy the kamui intangibility strategy. When people say Narutoverse can kill anyone on DBZ levels, you're either brain dead, or don't even know what you're talking about.
