Honestly, no. You might even have a point with IT and FTG. But the problem is goku's regular speed. He is fast, too fast. If DBZ had been consistent with the speeds, goku should be FTL past frieza saga. But even with the inconsistences, he is far beyond any char in naruto.
Not only that, but the energy output of the dbz chars is nothing more than their own energy. Which means that they could use the same energy to throw a punch with equal "force" as his ki blasts.
Basically, dbz chars are very strong. Even with his punches he should be able to destroy PS and anything madara has.

Are you forgetting the power level of SSJ 3 Goku? His speed? Obito would run out of chakra long before Goku would even start fighting seriously. Come on, Kamui? Goku just shoots some ki blasts at him and then when Obito materializes to try and strike, boom instant transmission into space, and then he's finished. Jesus!

Ki and Chakra are almost the same thing, Preta path handles any Ki based attacks, Gunbai reflects Dragon fist and hits him with his own power.

Genjutsu freezes him for even 5-10 seconds and his soul gets pulled out. Don't use speed feats cause current Madara reacted to instant( FTG) so he can react to Goku's speed.

He can absorb Chakra/ Ki with a touch; he dodges Goku's punch and touches him to absorb his SSJ energy.

He reacted to it, but he didn't get very far. Goku could IT behind Madara and create a shockwave to mess up Madara's balance or send him flying. While Madara's trying to focus on recovering his ground Goku could easily blast him or punch him to oblivion.

Sensing won't be enough to react to something way faster than light. Just the shockwave of his punch should be enough.

Perhaps you should read the other comments.
Even madara's sensing skills won't allow him to react to goku, as goku is 2 times FTL at least. As I said, goku's energy atacks relies on the amount of energy he can output. He could as well use that energy to throw a punch, making a "force" that would rival the force of his ki blasts.
Considering the power of his ki blasts, one punch and goku can end the battle.
Genjutsu won't work, as kaioken or SSJ willl allow him to disturb his ki flow. Kunais will break.

And ki blasts, they don't take forever. They're slowed down so we can see them. Everything in dbz is slowed down, otherwise, we would see mountains getting destroied, explosions and dialogues.
