His real name is Zoro. Because Japanese people sometimes say L like R, some English adaptations call him Zolo, which is wrong.

Zoro haki might not be strong enough to resist it nor has he shown a feat that his haki is stronger then vergos

Too soon to tell. We've yet to see Zoro going all out(he fodderises all his opponents effortlessly so far). The power of his COA haki is still unknown, which is really important when you face someone like Law, but i give advantage to Law because of the possibility his devil fruit gives him besides the swordsmanship

At this point Law pretty much wins.
1. In Room, he is capable I'd moving anything. Since they are at Smoker vs Law on PH, this means snow is available to replace with Zoro's swords. If he can do so with bullets, I do not see why a sword would differ.
2. His slashes in Room cut anything in half, Zoro has yet to show any CoA that can block an island slashing technique nor has he shown to even come close to Vergo, who Law cut down.
3. With the ability to swap objects, this gives Law the edge in speed. Effectively, this allows him to retreat from a superior swordsmen (because Law does not operate on a skilled swordsmen's level).
All and all the Ope-Ope no Mi is a weapon fighter's worst nightmare. Anyone who has to fight him on his Operating Table is at a disadvantage.

Why is zoro a mid tier? He's VA level. VA varies from low high to high high tier. Hes a high tier.
IMO law wins nothing less than extreme diff.
