We can't decide yet since we haven't even gotten a glimpse of Zolo's capabilities. The only thing we can base this fight of in regards to Zolo iif you take his Pre-TS moves and times them by 40.

However, many argue that Law>Mugi which I just can't see but this fight is truly and undoubtedly unpredictable.

You don't need to have CoA: hardening to be strong. Look at Rayleigh, Garp. Why I say this? Because Zolo could have stronger CoA but just doesn't use hardening. Or maybe he can but we haven't seen him. A beast with CoA can nullify Law's room techniques. So until we have seen Zolo go all out we can't really say.

Vergo would have beat Zoro and Law beat him.

Hawky is a Top-TIER. Zolo is a Mid-TIER. So your logic does not work. And what do you mean you think Hawky can beat Law? Hawky can obviously decimate him. He's slightly weaker to the strongest Emperor. And Law need a plan & alliance to beat one.

Law was able to cover and slice an entire island in half with his power. Imagine if Law created an island-sized room and send multiple of those slices at Zoro. There's nothing Zoro can do about that.

Yes, we can compare them. It's not like they have shown us nothing at all. Just think of it as Zoro vs Law so far.

You guys are also forgetting that Law can simply switch Zoro's swords with snowflakes, taking away Zoro's arsenal.
