Why didnt Law say "Yo Luffy watch out! That child is dangerous!"

So did Sugar join DD crew after Law left DD crew?

Maybe she didn't have that ability 10 years ago. There are a 100 explanations why Law reacted the way he did.

Also I think it all happened in a split second for Law and Luffy as we saw Usopp preparing for the shot.

And Doffy said he hasn't seen Law in over ten years, Law joined over 13 years ago. It's possible Law went off on his own before Doffy took over Dressrosa, which is supported by Law saying he's never been to Dressrosa, and Doffy only did the takeover upon finding Sugar, after Law left.

Plot hole to hype Usopp? I overlook this one. It ended up being pretty funny even if it is a plot hole.

Sugar was Doflamingo's biggest secret. Despite Law working together with mingo and being his lackey, he was still to gain a spot in his personal set of "captains". And its likely that Law knew of her but had never seen her. Sugar was hidden away so its likely its not a plot hole but simply plays well in the story. I makes sense that Law might not have seen her. I don't know if Law actually knew that much about the whole toy thing.

The timeline basically goes like this:

-Law meets Doflamingo over 13 years ago
-Law leaves sometime in between this and 10 years ago, while remaining part of the crew, just independently traveling
-Sometime between Law leaving and ten years ago, Doffy meets Sugar
-Ten years ago, Doffy took Sugar with him on his Dressrosa takeover
-Fast-forward to today, Law sees Sugar, but doesn't actually no who she is due to Doffy keeping her a secret and being away from Doffy for so long
