Alright, what do you know about Dodai's Lava release, as well as Dodai's Rubber variation of it?

I know that Dodai can use lava release what allows him to combine doton with katon, which he is able to use to create a resistand, rubber techniques.. he can make rubber walls, ropes, cilinders, balls

Alright so what do you know about Lava Release?

Youton (japanes name for lava release) is a kekkei genkai which allows you to combine earth and fire chakra. Youton is great for defens And attacking, youton is useb by different people, with no bloodline connection. The people we know that can use youton are Mei ofcourse, when she uses, it takes most commonly the form of molten rock, the same goeds for Son Goku (and roshi)...
Dodai uses youton which takes the form of rubber, and kurotsuchi of quicklime.

Alright, try molding your Lava Chakra in your mouth to expel a rubbery substance.

I was gathering my youton chakra.. (mix of doton and katon chakra)... As I gathered the youton chakra I focussed really good on it, and I channelled it into my mouth and was molding the youton chakra there in my mouth.. I concentrated very good on it and I released it out of my mouth and manipulated it, so I would've expelled a rubbery substance ​

Okay now add more chakra into it using shape manipulation to give it the form like a rope of some sort

I focussed really good on the rubber substance, I added some chakra to it, and I started to manipulate the chakra structure.... I concentrated really good, and while I was manipulating the shape, the rubbery substance was slowly transforming, and eventually it became a rope of rubber..... hmmm....this'll be a nice SM whip​

Channel your Yoton chakra into the ground below you and form a rubber cylinder to form around you to protect you from incoming attacks. The cylinder is like a wheel. So youd look like a hamster running in a rubber ball

Also I believe with these techniques it can be used using pre existing rubber. Or expelled from your mouth. It was never really shown howmost of these attacks were performed.

I gathered the youton chakra channelled it first into my stomach, focussed on it, and I expelled a rubbery substance out of my mouth... . I concentrated and the youton chakra, channelled it into my feet, and released it into the ground, into the rubbery substance and I were manipulating the youton chakra structure of the rubbery substance. I caused a rubbery cilinder to form around me, great for defense!!​

I gathered my youton chakra and focussed really good on it.. I released it into the ground.. and I started to manipulate the youton chakra strucutre.. a bit different from the rubber jutsus... As I manipulated the youton chakra, I let a magma wall to raise out of the ground!​

i know them from normal elements but not from lava
well... i would say it's stronger than wind and weaker than lightning
since fire > wind and doton=wind
and raiton>doton and fire=raiton

Strong to: Earth and Fire. Earth can be melted way with a sufficiently high Lava technique while Fire will simply increase the heat of it.

Actually heres the truth to it.


Weak to: Lightning and variations like Storm. Neutral to Water.

Strong to: Earth and Fire. Earth can be melted way with a sufficiently high Lava technique while Fire will simply increase the heat of it.


Whats hard to understand sometimes, is when dealing with KG elements, sometimes combining elements makes a new substance that may not react the same way as when it did alone with fire or alone with Earth.

That means pertaining to your question:

D rank Lava > C rank Earth
D rank Lava > C rank fire

D rank Lava < D Rank Lightning (Meaning a small amount of lightning would continue towards you and hit you)
