Lava with Nagato!

(Yoton: Yōkai no Jutsu) -Lava Release: Melting Apparition Technique​

I gathered my youton chakra and focussed good on it. I performed the Dog → Boar → Tiger → Ox → Rat → Bird Hand seals and I channelled the youton chakra into my lungs and I released all the lava chakra out of my mouth. I added some chakra to it and manipulated the lava chakra so it would've released lava out of my mouth which spread out. I shot it upwards and aimed it towards your clone. the spread lava came from above, disallowing the clone to dodge by going upwards. The lava hit the clone, and a lot of steam was released by the effect of the lava. I couldn't see the clone anymore because of the steam, but I was assuming that he was burning. I heard a *poof* ​

Great, how would you defend from this technique?

maybe not avoiding it but block it. You can maybe use some lightning wall to block it, or another lightning jutsu to cancel it out, but you can also avoid it by going down, like emerging yourself the earth/ground beneath your or something
