Naruto's rasengan would have killed Sasuke, and Naruto only had Kyuubi's cloak, and he was lower on chakra from earlier fights. All this chapter confirmed is that Hashirama used a TBB like a rasengan and smacked it into Madara's Susano. All we saw is the impact and not the result so hold your horses until Hashirama tells the full story.

Now as you can see..the scale of both TBB's aren't the same...Kurama's TBB did damage, but the scale of BM Naruto is far superior to a Normal Kyuubi TBB.
