Naruto's rasengan would have killed Sasuke, and Naruto only had Kyuubi's cloak, and he was lower on chakra from earlier fights. Also, it's obvious Sasuke didn't kill Naruto either, he healed from Sasuke's chidori, one didn't happen in the show/manga (The card).

kurama has all its power in this pic not just half and sussano tanks its tailed beast bomb this is not even perfect sussano and it has no legs sasukes sussano could tank as well

All this chapter confirmed is that Hashirama used a TBB like a rasengan and smacked it into Madara's Susano. All we saw is the impact and not the result so hold your horses until Hashirama tells the full story.
