Sasuke meditates in a small hill in a large lake, located near a far-off mountains in the outskirts of Amegakure. Selendrile, i've heard of this man. Some kind of genius, let's see how much brains he shows by teaching me the lasts of the suitons. Sasuke thought as he meditated quietly, waiting for any sounds of footsteps. He meditated near a large, flowing waterfall to help him concentrate on the essence of water. He knew he needed to concentrate for the techniques that he would be learning would be of a higher rank, something he was unsure that he would be capable of pulling off.

A few minutes pass, which grew into hours. Soon enough, during the sunset, he hears a faint footstep coming from the woods. It must be him.. He sees a tall man who looked somewhat intimidating.

"I take it you are the one they call.. Selendrile? Pleased and honored to meet somewhat of your rank. Now, thanks for the training and i hope that i would be able to pass down your legacy as a teacher in the near future." Sasuke said, waiting for the sensei's reply.

"We all have that wish.. to pass on the knowledge we have gathered. For some, it is unreachable. But, for a few, it becomes reality. Which will it be for you?"

Selendrile's Training Method
So every sensei has a teaching method they prefer. I've created an original one that is listed below with the criteria you should complete for every technique..

1. Explain yourself performing the technique in a well detailed description. Necessary hand seals, nature and shape manipulation should be included as well.
2. List advantages and disadvantages of the technique.
3. I will post a counter to each technique you learn. Depending on what I post, tell me if it is a good or bad counter, and the reasons why. Don't focus on ranking as much for this, just focus on the properties and characteristics of each technique.
4. Rate the technique's speed of use, and why you rated it so:
1. Fast
2. Medium
3. Slow

Sasuke listened to what his teacher had to say, mostly explaining what will happen in our training session. Hm, sounds good enough. He thought to himself as he continued listening to the instructions. "Yes Sensei, I understand. I have no questions, for i have already seen your training in action. (Read some of your basic 5 training with Hound :|)"

Sasuke waited for further instructions. Suddenly, he realized that he was just beaten up for activating his sharingan by -Cobalt- Sensei. He disappeared into thin air, while the 2nd Mizukage poofed out of no where. "Sorry Sensei, i forgot Sasuke is in the verge of death and cannot handle training. I will be receiving training in his place."

@_@ So many triple posts... im dying..

First up..

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Focus your chakra, and then perform the Ram hand seal. After, expel a large amount of water from your mouth, where it will rush at my clone in the form of a large wave. Then as it hits him, use shape manipulation on the water to form it into a large orb.

-Creates clone-

I counter with..

(Doton: Fukusuu no Dorosandan) - Earth Release: Multiple Mudshot Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage point: 40
Description: This jutsu is basically a widespread version of the Mudshot Technique; allowing the user to fire at multiple targets.

Sorry, i lagged and i kept clicking the reply over and over .__.

1.I gather a massive amount of suiton chakra in my stomach and channel it in my mouth. As i channel it i transform it into water mid-way to my mouth, and continue channeling it for a while. So when i spit the water out, there will always be another supply of water to spit out. I then blow out with my hands and expel an enormous amount of water outside. It creates large waves and waves that crush your clone. After expelling enough water out, i release a massive amount of chakra outside of the water and cover the water with it, the whole perimeter and area of the water. I connect my chakra together, making sure there are no holes and add extra chakra in the water. Because of the extra chakra in the water and the chakra covering the orb of water, it would stay at the shape of an orb.
2.
Advantages:
- An insane amount of water is needed to perform this technique, meaning creating trenches on the ground to make some of the water leak out will not work because of the size and velocity of the water.
- By creating an orb with this technique, i could trap my opponent inside the orb itself, rendering them breathless and they will eventually drown.

Disadvantages:
- While preforming this technique, you are vulnerable to other attacks because of the huge amount of water needed to expel from your mouth. You would be too occupied to attack.
- To defend against other attacks while performing this technique, you would literally have to cancel this technique itself or get hit. The technique is time-consuming as well.
3. It is a terrible counter in my eyes. First of all, it is mudshots. Mud is basically earth that is softened up with water, what is the point of using mud to extinguish water? Also, the orb itself is a ginormous size, there is no way mudshots will be able to break through it. Lastly, the user can easily cancel out the technique in the middle of the orb and attack the opponent who is creating the mudshots head on. Because the orb of water would not poof away just by stopping, it would create waves attacking the mud-shotter.
4. Slow. It's a large amount of water to be spit out and it would take too long to form and shape it.. :| i mean it is useful if executed properly.

Also, sorry for the confusion. My last technique was (Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast, which i have already performed. I think the only thing i need from A-ranks is the last one. Omg, i'm so tired sorry xD

Well he never replied to those last three techniques, so we will redo them. Only two things I see that I need to correct.

1. State the hand seals you perform for every technique.
2. I want you to focus on nature and shape manipulation. Do you know what those two concepts are? If you do, please explain them to me.

Ah, sorry!
For the first question, i perform the Ram handseal, didn't see that, sorry once again. I'll edit my reply after this reply xD

For the second question: Not too familiar, but isn't it how you manipulate the nature and properties of a certain elemental chakra and altering the properties of said element? and shape manipulation is using your chakra to manipulate the shape of said element, kind of like how i would manipulate my chakra into shaping the expelled water into a large, orb of water and adding more chakra to keep the orb of water consistent and pressurized. And can you give me tips on how to properly describe these when we are doing the jutsus? :p thanks! well not one tip for each jutsu, like one general example.

You're pretty much correct. Nature transformation/manipulation is the process every shinobi uses to turn their basic, non-elemental chakra into an elemental nature. For example, one would superheat their fire chakra in order to create fire. It's basically describing the characteristics you give to your chakra to turn it into an elemental chakra! Fire = heat; Earth= solidness, dense; Water- fluidness, liquidity, etc.

Shape manipulation is just shaping your chakra after released. Yes, like into an orb, into a dragon, into a bullet. All those are examples. So when you state this, say something like..

I begin to focus my chakra, and then transform my chakra through nature transformation, giving it the liquid and fluid properties of water.

I utilize shape manipulation on my chakra in order to shape the water into a dragon.

I want you to actually STATE the words "nature/shape manipulation" within your descriptions.

Oh, i see, understood. No questions.
Fantastish. Next up then..

(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

So focus your chakra into this nearby water, and then perform the following hand seals, Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram. Nature manipulation is not needed this time because you are not creating the water yourself, only shaping what is already there. Utilize shape manipulation to create a large beast resembling a wolf standing on its hind legs.

-Creates clone-

I use..

(Fūton: Tatsuno Ooshigoto) - Wind Style: Severing Pressure
Rank: A
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60
Description: The user sends wind into the sky to darken the clouds and make the environment stormy. These clouds will create a cutting tornado that comes down as a F-5 tornado with slicing wind.

1. I gather my chakra and perform the following handseals: Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram. I release my suiton chakra in the existing water source (the lake) and use chakra manipulation to shape it. I use my chakra into shaping it into a beast, a beast that looks a lot like a dinosaur. By means of chakra transformation, my chakra would have a fluidly touch to it enabling it to easily match with the water source water. I continue shaping it into the said monster. I then release fluidy chakra in the core of the monster, and use chakra manipulation into shaping more water. This water is shaped to be spear-like blast of water. By using my chakra, i use the beast to push out the stream of water, aimed towards you >__>
2.
Advantages:
- It does not require as much handseals for a technique that large. I would expect it to require like, 42 handseals xD
- The beast can spit out water torrents that are equivalent to B-ranks. This gives you the advantage because the opponent would have to defend against a beast that is A-rank and streams of water that is B-ranks.

Disadvantages:
- It requires a lot of handseals nevertheless, compared to other techniques that could be done with a single handseal. And also, you would have to build this monster to be high and it requires a lot of water, which could take some time.
- By doing so, you waste a large amount of your water source which would be used for future techniques.
3. This counter is literally the best counter i could think of. Not only does F5 rank as the highest and strongest tornadoes in real life, but tornadoes are large and can easily match the size of the beast. Also, the winds devastating powers could cut the beast in pieces.
4. Medium. Although it requires a few handseals, it won't be as fast to build up. The water would be used up and a technique that requires that much water would require an equal amount of time. I put it as a medium instead of a slow because if you are in an ocean, you can easily create it without wasting too much of your water source.

"Hope i did that alright.."

-gets wet so I remove my clothes and continue teaching in the nude-

The tornado would be a good counter if you had enough time. You must first gather and darken the clouds, and then release the tornado downwards onto the battlefield. It is situational at best, so I would rate the counter as average.

Next..

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user creates a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air, after firing the enemy into the air, the user shoots numerous water bullets at them from the pool of water and then finishes by forming the water bullets into a water dragon which attacks the target, sending them crashing into the ground.

Focus your chakra underneath my clone, using nature transformation to change it into water. Then raise the water quickly, throwing my clone in the air. Then release bullets from the water using shape manipulation, to strike my clone and continue upwards above him. After the bullets are above him, form them into a dragon which smashes him back down into the ground.

-Creates clone-

I use..

(Doton: Domu) – Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A (+10 to physical attacks)
Description: After performing the Snake hand seal the user will channel their chakra throughout their entire body, which then hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.

Uh, sorry i just had to quote it :|
1. I gather suiton chakra in my two hands and release the chakra towards the ground beneath your clone. Even his clone is nude.. U_U I then use chakra transformation to transform the ground beneath you into a pool of water, it isn't very deep, but i gathered enough water by means of transforming and multiplying water molecules in the air. I then use my chakra to abruptly direct the water in an upward motion, pushing your clone in the air. When the water gets back into the ground, i use shape manipulation to manipulate the water in the ground into small bullets. These bullets attack your clone (who should be dead after but isn't) and when they are above your clone, i use shape manipulation once again. I manipulate the shape and the water of the bullets and form it into one dragon-like stream of water, which races down on your opponent.
2.
Advantages:
- This technique does not require any water source or any handseals, which is always a good technique! :)
- This technique, when caught in it, will be hard to escape because of the fast-pace.
- Extra! Because this technique is not an earth technique, your opponent won't feel the water forming beneath them.

Disadvantages:
- However, just because they can't feel the water they might see it. Or feel the wetness and notice a technique is being preformed. Which they can avoid easily if they find out.
- Honestly, this technique seems so perfect i can't think of another disadvantage. When you get them by pushing them up, its like no escape. And you can perform it from short or long range, so it would be unlikely for them to attack you in time.
3. Eh, all i can say. You still have to take damage regardless because this technique is a hard escape, but by covering yourself with this armor you just take less damage.. :| Still one of the best counter i can think of, given that this technique has almsost no escape imo xD But i will try to make a CJ that will specifically counter this xD
4. Fast! Really, this technique has it all. No handseals, no water source. Can be done quickly and once you're pushed up, the bullets come racing up and is followed by the dragon! Its awesome, and in addition after the dragon hits you, you fall back in the earth leaving you vulnerable for attacks !! i can't wait to use this :)

The technique can be countered by removing the water source, either by evaporating it or dispersing the water outwards. My counter would prevent damage, but I would be thrown and tossed around, giving my opponent (you) the chance to perform a good kill move. I would still be affected by the momentum of the technique, just not damage.

Next..

( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

Focus your chakra into nearby water, and use shape manipulation to raise it up and make a powerful vortex. Then blow the vortex upwards, sending my clone into the air. You'll need a good amount of water under your opponent to use this.

-Creates clone-

I use..

(Fūton: Rasengan) - Wind Style: Spiral sphere
Rank: A
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60 (-20 to user if attain direct hit)
Description: Rasengan doesn't require handseals, only molding of the chakra. The user focuses and creates a fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact. A direct Rasengan hit can be lethal but the user needs to actually physically hit the opponent for it to work.

1. I start out by gathering my suiton chakra in my body and releasing it in the water source beneath your clone. I use nature transformation to turn my chakra to more of a fluidy chakra, making it more compatible with the water in the water source. When it reaches the water, i use chakra manipulation to sort of spin it around like a flush of a toilet. I use shape manipulation to lift the spinning torrent up into a tornado, but the tornado isn't hollow, it's filled with water. I then keep spinning it with one hand gesture, and when it spins enough times, i do the opposite hand gesture and stops the spinning, which throws the clone outside and making it disappear.
2.
Advantages:
- This technique requires no water source if you are Mei or Tobirama, sadly i am neither of those :(
- This technique can easily be done with its speed and can throw off a target back to long range, or a farther range away from you.
- If your opponent tries taijutsu and is at a short-range, you could use this technique to make them go farther while hurting them at the same time.

Disadvantages:
- The vortex has power in it, but can be blocked with an earth release ranked S.
- This would be useless in long-range fights, for it can only reach mid-range.

Sorry about the disadvantages, im not sure whether i'm tired or the techniques just keep getting better. These techniques are hard to find flaws xD
3. Your counter, i would rate it in the middle of the scale of bad to great. First and foremost, it creates a tornado of water as well. Secondly, they are at the same rank so they would basically cancel off each other. But i ranked it lower because a greater counter would be one that would demolish the tornado and attack you as well.
4. The speed of this is fast, it requires no handseal and if you are tobirama or mei, no water either. It can be done easily and unnoticed by secretly channeling chakra in the water source beneath your opponent, which they might not see because of the no handseals xD

I would rate the counter as bad. The rasengan only covers a small area, while the water vortex that would be coming towards you is much larger. Even though rank/power wise it is a correct counter, they are not compatible size wise. Now, A-ranks are finished. What I want you to do is perform a three technique move, like we are in battle. Use two water techniques up to what you've learned, and a third technique of your choice. My clone and yourself stand on a lake, mid-range away from each other.

Yay! A-ranks done :x3:

I channel suiton chakra in my hands and direct it towards the water source beneath you. With that in place, i use my chakra to lift the water up, lifting you up with it. When you are mid-air, i use shape manipulation to shape the water on the lake into many bullets, which comes up on you. Afterwards, i use shape manipulation once again before you fall on the lake. I shape the bullets into one blob of water that is shaped like a dragon, and attacks you, pushing you underwater.

When you have fallen underwater, i see your body floating and still hasn't recovered from the fall. I then use my chakra and put my left hand on the water source. I use shape manipulation to shape the water into sharks, five sharks that can regenerate as long as water is nearby and as long as they are not completely destroyed. I send these sharks to attack you, breaking as much bones as possible.

(Suiton: Goshokuzame) - Water Style: 5 feeding sharks
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user will create 5 sharks of water to attack his opponent(s) by putting his hand on a water source. While being in a water source, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy. However, if the user severe his connection with the water, the sharks will disperse.
Note: Requires water source to use.

Lastly, as you struggled to get up, I sent my suiton chakra in my body and release it in the water underneath you yet again. I then use my chakra to create a spinning vortex of water rising up from you. With one gesture, the vortex begins spinning dangerously.. I return the gesture again, and the vortex throws you out at long range, back in the land. I walk over to you and repeatedly kick you :|

I tried using as much techniques that required no handseals, hope it worked :|

Good move, I liked it. S-ranks now..

(Suiton: Mugensame)-Water Style: Infinite Shark Frenzy
Rank: S
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A highly advanced form of Five Shark Frenzy where the user creates one shark that attacks the opponent, dragging them into the water. Then, the user unleashes a storm of sharks to attack the opponent from all angles and directions, ending up in a water explosion.
Note: Requires a water source.

Focus your chakra, and then create a single shark of water by manipulating your water source. Direct the shark at my clone, where he will bite and then drag him into the nearby lake. Then as he enters the lake, create a mass of sharks that will rip and tear at my clone until he disperses.

Yay, S-rank :x3:
1. I start out by gathering my suiton chakra and releasing it into the water source in front of me (the lake.) I use shape manipulation and shape the water into a single shark. The shark goes to the land and takes a good bite off of your clone, shaking and pulling him in the lake. Before you enter the lake, i had already inserted more chakra of mine in the lake and pre-made some more sharks by means of shape-manipulation. I use my chakra to move all of the sharks to have them tear off every one of your clones body parts, until it poofed out.
2.
Advantages:
- Although it requires a water source, the technique itself brings the user to the water source. All you really need is a lake and you're ready to go.
- By catching your opponent by surprise, you can perform the technique and quickly drag the person in the lake. You can also create a basin with the C-rank technique. ^^

Disadvantages:
- By avoiding the first shark, you avoid the whole technique which is bad if your opponent does that to you.
- It still requires a water source.. so eh.
3. I think it is the perfect counter. By hardening your body you can't be carried by the shark alone, and you can easily make a small spike extend to stab the shark which would return back to water. Never knew earth techniques like these existed. ^^
4. Medium. I was tempted to put slow, but eh. Medium because the shark retrieving the opponent might take some time and work to catch them off guard, however by the time they are captured the sharks will feed on them quickly. ^^

Great work. ^^ Nearing the finish line, and i'm like falling asleep at my computer..

(Suiton: Gobo Shukusame) – Water Release: Burdock Root Eating sharks
Rank: S
Type: Offensive, deffensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user slashes a body of water, creating a pillar of water that launches the enemy into the air. He then releases five water sharks that attack the enemy until one devours them before imploding, launching the enemy into the air. The remaining water sharks surround the enemy and force them under water where they implode in on the enemy. It is known that if the sharks are damaged, they can regenerate themselves, unless completely destroyed.
Note: To reform the sharks require a water source.

Stand on the lake over here, and then slash the water with your hand or a sword. When you slash, create a pillar of water underneath my clone that launches him into the air. As he is in the air, create five sharks from the lake water that will attack and one should explode on him. The rest of the shark should drag him underwater, where they also explode on him.
