I prefer more ancient and refined arts. Taekwondo to watch. It has specific clan techs that are very unique.
But to real practice Krav Maga is the most awesome thing.

Nice. I used to practise Karate and kickboxing, then I moved onto CSW hyrid with BJJ(I prefer the illegal moves).
Imo Krav Maga is more hype than anything although it's good at a basic level.

OT: CES has the potential to break every bone in a persons body and rupture every organ in that same body with just a punch but Tsunade punching through susanoo‘s solos injuring someone’s chest.

The police use whatever they're comfortable with, it all depends on the country and the state.
No I wasn't but my grandparents were in the army and my father was martial by nature. He trained us and made us train hard, he made us do Karate and kickboxing. When kids would get punished for behaving badly we were punished via training(skipping, pushups, squats and bag work). I also did a bit of stick fighting based off of Eskrima.
Edit: and some Aikido but I did that for the sword fighting.

I practiced some Aikido with friends but stopped after some time.

I actually prefer the guns. More modern and practical.
I actually study them a lot, along with chemical weapons.

I love it(sword fighting), no I'm not east Asian. I did used to train with a friend who did Lau Gar kung fu before he moved
Aikido was good for teaching the 8 strokes/cuts of a sword, but I only did it because my teacher would teach kenjutsu:lol
I prefer guns as well
however they don't let you own any here as for chemical weapons I don't want to know.I think this is too off topic. PM me if you want to talk

Lmao the basis is your argument of Sasukes chest being destroyed and I just proved to you that CES has a feat above that so your now arguing that Raikage can replicate the same feat. So how does that prove chop lariatoo is stronger?
CES has snapped a susanoo sword in half, lifted a greater mass, ruptured the ground with just a finger, punched craters into the earth and have reputured organs while breaking bones at the same time. CES>>>>>>>

Those are irrelevant because damage Ces has done to human body is inferior to damage lariatoo did to human body. Lariatoo was never used against rocks so can't compare them in that only feats we have is against human body so logically I must use them.
Was actually about to agree based on what you posted until someone else posted a scan of Tsunade breaking Susanoo rib cage. I had forgotten about that along with destroying part of Madara's body with a punch. Susanoo Rib cage is definitely harder to damage than the human body with the exception of those who are known to have a strong physical body like the Raikage. If 3rd Raikage's Edo Body retained its physical resistance, I'm going to assume an Edo's body isn't more fragile than their actual bodies unless someone posts a scan saying otherwise since I forgot if it was stated or not.
My guess is that the impact of a CES punch depends on how much chakra you put into it. In other words it's up to the user to decide how much of an impact it's going to have.

Didn't raikage break ribcage susanoo with nothing but chop

When Sasuke used enton shield around ribcage Raikage did stop himself and he has lost all momentum so his chop was just pure brute force attack.
Lariatoo is combination of speed / momentum and brute force so its stronger that just regular chop that broke ribcage susanoo.
BASE Killer Bee proved that he is physically stronger than Raikage with their Lariatoo clash.
That was base killer Bee version 1 would mean more speed and more power making Lariato even more devastating.Version 2 would also mean more speed and more power making it overkill.
