When Sasuke used enton shield around ribcage Raikage did stop himself and he has lost all momentum so his chop was just pure brute force attack.

Lariatoo is combination of speed / momentum and brute force so its stronger that just regular chop that broke ribcage susanoo.

BASE Killer Bee proved that he is physically stronger than Raikage with their Lariatoo clash.

That was base killer Bee version 1 would mean more speed and more power making Lariato even more devastating.Version 2 would also mean more speed and more power making it overkill.

You're right. He broke it with a chop but that just means that his chop was strong enough to break it. Susanoo's ribcage is still stronger than the human body considering that Madara's Ribcage was melting slowly due to the lava while the human body would melt much faster. Tsunade was able to break Ribcage and Madara even pointed out that even though she was slower than the Raikage, her punch had a stronger impact than his. The strength that she used to break Ribcage would definitely do more damage against Shin than Sakura did.
