But I said that I burned the entire field as your chameleon turned invisble on my first turn as well, and then you said that you flew (which I don't recal the chameleon ever having wings) upwards, so your attack wouldn't reach me unless you were willing to just get burned.

hmmmm....while u transform into water i use~_O When you fly down, you would still be burned by the flames anyway since they spread around the entire battlefield.

Anyways, Since I'm a chakra sensing shinobi, I can recognize the buildup that of chakra in your hand, with a single handseal I use...

The oath to order automatically paralyzed you, so I don't see how you could dodge. It wouldnt give you a chance to use kirin, but rather paralyze you. And I can revert back to normal form whenever I choose.
And don't you have to use Great Dragon Fire first? O.O

Well, I don't anyway out of it because by the time she shoots the fire int the air, I would've played the oath to order and paralyzed her, allowing me to use the Dark Fire: Destruction of Fate. Thus killing her O^O

I've been looking over the manga, and the chameleon does have wings, but the wings are very small, and shredded up, not capable of flight.
And Tsunade's punch attack was dodged by Roku.
And Tsunade can't use Kirin without using the Dragon Fire thing.
So when Tsunade tries to use Kirin, and realizes that she can't because she didn't use Dragon Fire, Roku's Oath to Order jutsu hits her, and his Dark Fire hits her.
A classic example of how a battle is most frequently lost: an elementary mistake in the use of a jutsu.
And Tsunade's punch attack was dodged by Roku.
And Tsunade can't use Kirin without using the Dragon Fire thing.
So when Tsunade tries to use Kirin, and realizes that she can't because she didn't use Dragon Fire, Roku's Oath to Order jutsu hits her, and his Dark Fire hits her.
