Okay, from what I understand;

It's a style that relies on using a large amount of swords, instead of a single one. The blades are spread across the field, allowing one access to various swords at any time, as well as using swords for unconventional methods, like using it for supplementary purposes, as well as offense and defense.

Basically, its a CFS that focuses on using swords for basically everything, making it easy to rely on swords only in your fights. Also, it allows for some unorthodox fighting. Honestly, I really like it for the fact that a lot can be done with swords, since my new character basically focuses on that mostly.

That is correct - Also, depending on approval of the update I submitted, the CFS will not only debuff the opponent but help the user conserve chakra. But until then let's move on to the first and most important technique of the style.

Sentoryuu| Mugen Ittōryū - Infinite Sword Style | Infinite Sword Attack
Type:Supplementary/Attack
Rank:A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra:30
Damage: 60
Description: The initializing technique for practitioners of the Infinite Sword Style, this technique varies among the practitioners of the style. Each user carries a special case that contains a countless number of katanas in a storage unit on the back of the hips. Every katana within this storage unit is tied to the user by his chakra. Depending on the needs, the user can spread any number of swords among the battlefield or can offensively launch these swords at the opponent using their chakra to have them home in on the opponent. Once on the battlefield the blades will only move if the user chooses and each sword is also placed in such a way that the user always has access to a sword. Those who attempt to touch any of the blades are instantly sensed by the user. These blades however are not indestructible as the user sacrifices the quality of the blade for the sheer quantity they bring into battle with them. However, when the blades are directly being used in the various techniques for the fighting style they are strengthened by the user's chakra so the blades do not break in normal circumstances or direct confrontation allowing them to be used for defensive purposes.

This is the usually the first technique you will start off with during or before a battle. Your storage case can be a scroll, or a literally case of katanas. Its all your own preference when it comes to how you store these katanas but I would make sure to mention it somewhere during your battle. Now, when activated, swords are summoned from the storage unit and are spread everywhere the eye can see. This means no matter where you are on the battle field a sword will always be within arms reach. Also as a fail safe, the swords can only be moved from their position by the user and if an opponent makes contact with any of them, they are instantly sensed.

Now also the swords aren't indestructible and can be destroyed by various means when you're not directly using them. This means either during activation of this technique or subsequent techniques/actions the swords can be destroyed by any means. So large scale explosions or techniques will wipe out large areas of swords depending on the technique. However, the good part about this technique is that it can be used as many times as needed during battle giving the style its namesake of Infinite Sword Style. You also have control over how many swords you summon, there is no limit.

It should be noted that while you are directly holding or using swords for the techniques of this style they will not break under normal circumstances, and effectively gain the strength of this A-rank technique even in freeform, however each individual blade cannot defend against elemental techniques. Meaning you can't grab a sword and expect to slice through a oncoming jutsu as its just a normal sword. So you would have to defend yourself by other means. With this technique being A-rank in strength only during activation could you can essentially defend against a similarly or lesser ranked technique due to the countless number summoned at the time. Of course using it this way, would destroy the swords in the process following elemental strengths and weaknesses and basically causing you to have to use the technique again to get the swords out on the field.

Now, do you have any questions in regards to this technique or my explanation thereof?

Your explanation was good, we can go on :D. Sorry for the late reply btw.
Sentouryuu ǂ Tōga - (Infinite Sword Style ǂ Sword Fang)
Rank: B
Type: Attack/Supplementary/Defense
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The practitioner begins by taking three nearby swords and infusing chakra into the blades before dropping them inside the opponent's guard standing parallel to one another. This effectively cuts off the opponent's movement and make this attack nearly impossible to avoid without the opponent first releasing their weapon. The user will then strike all three swords with a powerful swing near their sunken tips, causing the entirety to slash upwards in a violent slash reminiscent of a fang.

The above is a multi-purpose technique, it begins with you grabbing three nearby swords while adding chakra to them. Whilst in short-range, this technique not only hinders movement but forces the opponent to drop their weapon or risk taking the brunt of this attack. So if any opponent is attacking at close range, then this is an ideal move to use. Just be wary of ninjutsu attacks from this range.

Sentouryuu ǂ Suichoku no Narabi - Infinite Sword Style ǂ Vertical Line
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user slashes the ground causing three nearby blades to rise up in front of them. Whilst all three swords remain momentarily suspended in the air, the user proceeds to hit the entirety in quick succession with the blade of the sword he is currently holding. Each sword is struck separately and in such a manner that they are launched directly towards the target along a linear trajectory, with a tremendous amount of force, meaning they act instead like long projectiles. The swords are are imbued with chakra during the launch and move with such force they can easily pierce through A-rank and lower techniques. As the user's held sword makes contact with each individual blade, he announces aloud the number of the strike, as follows: "One Sword" (一本, ippon), "Two Swords" (二本, Nihon), "Three Swords" (三本, Sanhon). If this technique is used as a follow up to Infinite Sword Style ǂ Sword Fang, the rank of this technique increase by one and gains +20 damage and can pierce through S-rank techniques.
Note:
Usable three times, S rank version only usable twice.
Although this technique can pierce through jutsu, it doesn't neutralize them in anyway.

This technique is the follow-up attack to Sword Fang, although it can be used as a standalone technique to pressure the opponent its best used after Sword Fang. The main ability of this technique is to empower your swords with chakra, which can then pierce through A-rank attacks. The most important thing to note about that, however, is although the swords can pierce through the technique, it by no means actually negates it. This means you'll have to be able to put yourself in a position to not only attack but possibly defend at the same time. If used after Sword Fang, then this technique moves up to S-rank, gains additional damage and can pierce through S-rank jutsu, but it follows the same restriction as the A-rank version meaning you'll still have to be prepared to defend against the S-rank if applicable.

Any questions relating to the above two?

Sentouryuu ǂ Tenka - (Infinite Sword Style ǂ Addition)
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Immediately following the connection of a robust swing with the intended opponent, the user releases the used blade and before the enemy can recover from the momentary stun inflicted by the previous blow, he attacks once again utilizing one of the swords in the immediate vicinity. This process is then repeated a further eleven times in quick succession, from various angles and positions around the victim, ultimately leaving a total of twelve swords attached to their body. The extent of the injuries caused as a result of this technique, vary from minor to fatal, dependent entirely on how much the user desires to exact upon the target. However, regardless of the amount of damage inflicted, it can be increased through the subsequent use of the Multiplication technique.
Note:
Usable three times per battle.

Addition, is one of the more standard techniques of the style. The way you initiate the technique begins basically with you using either a free form or even another kenjutsu to slash at the opponent. As the technique's name implies is best used after one of the two mentioned scenarios and is used to add an additional series of attacks in order to overwhelm the opponent. Please note the fact that the enemy remains momentarily stunned while you do this, so if your initial attack connects, it will be very hard for them to recover in time to disrupt this technique. It the technique is also capable of inflicting fatal/not fatal wounds, so in various scenarios where you aren't necessarily trying to kill, but disable this can be a go to technique to achieve that.

Sentouryuu ǂ Jōzan - (Infinite Sword Style ǂ Multiplication)
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: +20 to Addition
Description: Immediately following the use of Addition, whilst all twelve swords still remain momentarily attached to the opponent, the user proceeds to strike the entirety of the surrounding blades again in quick succession, with the final devastating blow dislodging the weapons so that they land in a circular formation around the target. This results increasing the rank of the technique by one and causes 20 extra damage to be inflicted on the victim, as each of the twelve swords slices into their flesh once again. This can happen all within the same time frame as the total twenty-four strikes are received within such an incredibly short period, little to no opportunity exists for the enemy to mount a counter attack.
Note:
Usable two times per battle.

Multiplication is a follow up to Addition, it increases the rank of the technique to S-rank and gives it +20 additional damage. So its a very great technique for stronger targets and just completely overwhelming the opponent. Like, addition it also makes use of the fact the opponent remains stunned while this technique connects. So if you are able to pull off a decent ken combo, these two techniques can be very beneficial.

Any questions in relation to these two above techniques?

Wew, I like these two. No questions, if I do have some, I'll hit you up on Discord :D
Wow, this got buried. Sorry for late reply.

Sentouryuu ǂ Sandōuchi - Infinite Sword Style ǂ Three-Shot Path
Rank: B
Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 40
Description: After taking hold of three swords and leaping into the air, the user throws them simultaneously with tremendous force, using both of his hands. Even if the blades miss their intended target, as each stands perpendicular to the ground along a single line, they can then be used as an improvised path that he can traverse to approach the enemy, whilst retrieving another sword in the process. It's also possible to throw another blade so that it collided with the others, sending the entirety hurtling towards the opponent.

This is a simple technique that doesn't rely on chakra as its all based on the user's physical ability. A technique that combines attack and evasion into one technique. As described it starts by gathering three swords in the vicinity and proceeds with you leaping into the air. This leap can be used to dodge attacks within reason, but also works to place presurre on the opponent as you then throw the previosuly gather swords towards them. Of course, should they miss, they can provide the user with a direct path towards the opponent, or even be used to attack the enemy altogether. The usage all depends on your current situation in battle.

Sentouryuu ǂ Konranshita Narabu - Infinite Sword Style ǂ Jumbled Lineup
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Defense
Range: Short
Chakra: 40
Damage: +20 to Kenjutsu
Description: This technique begins with the user revolving his body around a single point. The user swings his currently held sword in a circular motion, causing all of the blades in the immediate vicinity to be propelled upwards. By then utilizing the collisions between the swords to keep them aloft, he is able to ensure that he is continually surrounded by a large quantity of blades regardless of his subsequent movements, whilst integrating even more into the technique as and when necessary. By then adding chakra to the blades, they can increase the overall potency of their strikes as well. Due to the close proximity and number of the involved swords, the user can unleash the full potential of his expert swordsmanship to then bombard the enemy with an unrelenting stream of attacks from all directions. The versatility of this technique is unsurpassed, as it combines both a powerful defence and a comprehensive offense, yet still retains the capability to effortlessly switch between the two. This occurs due to the user being able to execute his other attacks more easily, without the prior need to gather and/or position the swords, whilst making it increasingly difficult for an opponent to engage him directly because of the presence of the adjacent blades.
Note:
Usable two times per battle.
Last three turns per use.

This technique is basically a way to protect yourself from enemy taijutsu/kenjutsu while also giving an additional advantage by cutting down the number of actions you actually have to take when preforming techniques of the style.
So first thing to be noted is the circular motion that causes the blades to be propelled upwards. The defensize aspect starts at this moment.

Now although Sword techniques utilized while this is in effect can't happen in the same time frame, they can be executed almost as quickly due to the swords that surround you negating the need to prepare for the attack. It will also actively increase damage for any subsequent sword techniques in the process. So while it's in effect, you basically have an immunity to Tai/Ken as anything that comes close would be stopped by the blades that surround you. Of course, even if blades get used or destoryed, they more can be re intergrated at any time, thus ensuring this techniqiues usage and really sticking to the name of it being an Infinite Sword Style.

Alright bro, here you go.

Type: NinTai
Background:

A fighting style developed by a man who had very little fighting power. It was a time of war, and he only wanted to protect his family against raiders, who took down smaller villages, destroying everything in their wake. He could utilize the Wind element quite well, as well as normal Strong Fist. He usually used it to complement his farming ways, to cut through thick crops and even as a show for the kids, but one day, it came to him. What if he could use this element, for defensive purposes.

After experimenting with it for a short while, he was capable of creating flat slightly translucent rectangles of Wind, thick and defensive in nature but not very large in size (up to 4x3 meters). They could protect against the swords of the raiders, and the raiders were already making their way towards his village, or so the rumours said. Though protecting his people wouldn't be enough, he had to fight them off, they had to be forced to leave for good and never come back. He started to try and work in the defensive capabilities of the "barriers" (so they will be called from here on out) with normal fighting. With some straw and the help of a few villagers, the man created some dummies. He practiced on them for days on end.

After a few week of doing so, he was capable of forming these walls of solidified Wind, as he hit toward the opponent. This sent them towards the opponent, with the force of his punch, like a projectile. Though it did not take the shape of his fist, it simply stayed in the rectangular like shape. It could easily take off the head off the straw men. He had created something different. It was time to put it into practice though, as the raiders came and attacked his village. His new style proved useful as he could take down several of the raiders, but it was too late. His family had been killed. After taking care of the rest of the raiders, the man left his deserted village and went out to perfect his style even more. He later became known as the "Barrier Man".

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

Wind Aspect:

The style revolves around the usage of the Wind element, combined with Taijutsu and precise chakra control, in order to create rectangular shaped slightly translucent forms of Wind, which are solid in nature. These are used to defend against an opponent's hits, as it acts as a fast defence which is somewhat translucent, but still visible in close range. They can only be used when the opponent attacks the user, and only in close range of the user. Although it might seem that it only has defensive capabilities, the Wind based shapes, can also be sent towards the opponent, as the hit is transferred from the user to the opponent. It is released mere inches before the users hands/feet touch the opponent. This causes blunt damage, which can send the opponent crashing back. The Wind barriers are also capable of acting as shock absorbers, which would absorb the hit of the opponent, and release it back in the form of a blunt release of Wind.

Taijutsu Aspect:

The Taijutsu used in this fighting style is based upon Hung Ga, which are characterized by deep stances, like the Horse stance. This is combined with vigorous movements and hard hitting palm movements, and quick kicks. These combined with the offensive and defensive capabilities of the Wind "barriers", makes it extremely dangerous in close range.

Example Techniques:

(Baria no michi: Tātoru) | The Way of the Barrier: The Turtle
Type: Defensive
Rank: S rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The main defensive technique of the style, which can be used to create a 3x4 meter sized rectangular shape, which is translucent but fairly solidified. This is created to meet the opponent's attack, and is capable of withstanding a large amount of force and power. As the opponent hits the barrier, they would experience pain as if they had hit a concrete wall. The "barrier" gives off a shine, which makes it easily recognizable. Only two barriers can be created at once (where one will then be A rank)

Note:

-Can only be used by Detective L
-Can only be used three times per fight
-No A rank and above Way of the Barrier techniques in the next turn

(Baria no michi: Rishō) | The Way of the Barrier: Lift-Off
Type: Offensive
Rank: A rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: A technique that shows off the offensive capabilities of the style. The user starts off by assuming a low sideways Horse stance, and as the opponent comes towards him, he would perform a forward palm strike, combined with stepping forward. A powerful strike, which combines both the force of the forward strike with the release of a small 1x1 meter rectangular translucent Wind shape or "barrier". This is released mere centimetres from when the user strike the opponent. This hit is aimed to hit the opponent in the abdomen, which sends him back. The user then dashes towards the opponent, and performs an uppercut, which also releases a 1x1 rectangular barrier, hitting the opponent under the chin.

-Can only be taught by Detective L
-Can only be used two times per fight

Additional effects and Restrictions:

-Must have Mastered both Taijutsu and Wind Release
-Must be Kage rank to learn
-Can only be taught by Detective L

Detective L, our loyal member, gave on the 5th of June 2015, a request for a Patent on the Custom Fighting Style Baria no michi | The Way of the Barrier. I, Madāra Uchiha of the Custom Fighting Style Bureau, by the power invested in me by Caliburn, after reading the submission, have decided that the submitted style satisfies all requirements, and am therefore giving him rightfully earned patent on this style by the following;

Baria no michi | The Way of the Barrier

Techniques:

Type: Offensive
Rank: A rank
Range: Short - Mid range
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: One of the basic moves of Baria no Michi, the user will assume a Horse stance and thrust forward any of their limbs and in doing so, mold their Wind chakra. The user will then dash towards the opponent, and deliver a double fisted strike to their chest, releasing a rectangular shape of Wind in the process. This blasts the opponent back and causes some blunt damage, as they are hit back, and the user steps onto the ground with great force once more, releasing forward a smaller rectangular shape which blasts the opponent into the air from beneath him, as it travels along the ground whilst the opponent is stunned by the first hit.

Notes:

-Can only be taught by Detective L
-Can only be used four times per fight
-No S rank Baria no Michi techniques in the same turn

Type: Offensive | Supplementary
Rank: A rank
Range: Short - Mid range
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: A more movement based technique of Baria no Michi, where the user will dash towards the opponent and as they run, they will expel Wind chakra from their legs, creating tangible rectangular shapes of Wind, which acts as steps for them, allowing the user to go into the air. The user will then jump forward as they spin, and the user will release these already formed shapes towards the opponent, encircling them and slamming into the opponent from all sides, as the user drops down upon the opponent from above, delivering a final heel drop. In doing so, the user releases a small 1x1 rectangular Wind shape, from his heel, onto the opponent's head for blunt damage. Alternatively, these steps can be used as an evasion method, allowing the user to create these steps from the barriers, and use them to move around an opponent for example, or over an obstacle, only to release the barriers towards the opponent once done.

Notes:

-Can only be used by Detective L
-Can only be used four times per fight
-No A rank and above Baria no michi techniques for the same turn, and the next

I only have two techniques right now, but that's cause I am a lazy bum and everyone else who has the CFS is too >_>. They are pretty basic too. I have some ideas, so maybe we can talk and get them written and approved.

Detective L, our loyal member, gave on the 5th of June 2015, a request for a Patent on the Custom Fighting Style Baria no michi | The Way of the Barrier. I, Madāra Uchiha of the Custom Fighting Style Bureau, by the power invested in me by Caliburn, after reading the submission, have decided that the submitted style satisfies all requirements, and am therefore giving him rightfully earned patent on this style by the following;

Lol well just DM me, I can help definitely.
