  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather my rain chakra and release it into each and everyone of the raindrops currently falling from the sky in the training grounds. With the use of my chakra, i manipulate it so that the water would make a different property; a sticky one. With the modification, the rain drops would transform into sticky liquids that fall to the ground, sticking to the opponent and immobilizing them into place for a few turns.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); It has a basic use but this use is very, very useful. It stops the movements of the opponent. Because of this, you are free to attack them while they can only counter with a very limited arsenal due to the lack of movement. Also, because they would be drenched in the sticky liquid, using a lightning technique would effectively electrocute my opponent
  • Limitations of the technique; I dont really know, i guess the rank and how long it stops your opponent from moving.
  • How to counter the technique; By creating a shield around yourself, like an earth ceiling, anything to seperate you from the rain drops
  • Questions regarding the technique; nah o-o
  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by focusing his chakra into the rain that is falling around the battlefield. By doing so, he changes the composition of the rain into a viscous, sticky one. This enables it to trap the opponent in place for up to 2 turns.
  • How can the technique be used in battle ( combos with other moves / skils , creative use, etc );
    -Well, since it constricts the opponent, it would be great to use with a technique like Swamp of the Underworld, Stone Spikes, and even a few wood based techniques. It also makes Taijutsu easier, as the opponent is constricted. It's pretty cool technique, I mean, 2 turns o-o.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -The technique itself does no damage, only supplementary. It can only go up to Mid range. That's pretty much it.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Any technique that can create a barrier between the opponent and the sticky rain, so domes, and structures would suffice.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.
Well, it's weak as you mentioned but it can be interrupted or destroyed in quite an easy manner. The glue, can simply get destroyed by a weak fire technique that erupts from your opponents mouth or body, causing the glue to absorb the fire and melt or whatever you can think of that can destroy the glue. It can both damage yourself but remember that you have clothes in this case and the glue can and shall absorb the glue or make it weak, weak enough to get out of it. < that is, if your opponent succeeds in hitting you with it. Or; use a wind technique that blasts you upwards/backwards to the left or right shaking the glue off by the pure pressure of the wind.

(Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique creates a reflection of the user, this clone is unable to touch physical objects or cause harm. Every move that the user makes the clone mimics at the same time. The reflection clone is destroyed after one hit, this is a tactical technique.

I won't explain anything about this one. Do some research to see what you yourself can find out about this one by using either wikia or the description along with your creativity then I will explain you everything about it or simply help you guys by giving a little of my knowledge of the technique. O^O

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; As the rain falls, rain drop by rain drop, i would gather ameton chakra and send it into each and everyone of the tiny rain drops in front of me. With chakra manipulation, i would manipulate the rain to give off a reflection of myself, a perfect copy and even imitates all my movement. I walk around and have it follow me, in the same pattern, almost identical to my movements.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Um, basically tactic wise. I would use this technique and pretend to use the shadow clone technique, so you know, they would think that it would actually do damage when in reality it cant. I'd also use it in conjunction with lightning techniques so it would make it look like their is two lightning techniques launched... i think thats how it works. I would basically use it to make it seem like i attack with two attacks from two different angles...;3
  • Limitations of the technique; Basically how it is only a reflection.
  • How to counter the technique; any technique that would disrupt the rain drops and cause the reflection to stop, even a kunai o-o
  • Questions regarding the technique; if you perform like an earth tech, will the reflection perform it too?

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by focusing his Rain chakra into the falling chakra with ease. He then manipulates the falling rain to create a clone by utilizing reflection physics and allowing it to mimic every movement Dean makes. Dean then walks around a bit, as the clone follows every movement of his.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -As stated, this technique can merely be used as a tactical move, meaning this is best to act as a diversion, while the real you attack the opponent. A handy technique in a rainy enviroment, and can be used with an array of moves which you first distract the opponent with the clone, then you suddenly attack.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -The clone itself is unable to cause any harm or touch physical objects. This makes it only useful as a distraction technique, only useful if you are smart and can utilize it to it's fullest potential. It can also only be created in short range, also limiting it's usefulness.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Well, since this technique is only for tactical purposes and as it can't touch physical objects, it doesn't pose any harm. One can dissipate it with a low ranked fire technique of course to not metagame, and also destroy your "opponent" as your character might be thinking at that point :3
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -Noh.

Well, since you'll be focusing on another element which in this case is earth; no. The clone is a mere reflection, but do not forget that it's filled with chakra. But, you can always use rain whenever the jutsu is activated ofcourse. Unless you have the ability to use yin-yang. ;)

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather chakra and create my Ameton chakra with the use of wind and water elements. I then make it rain via rain tiger at will. I stand very still, at first, and perform a row of handseal while sending the chakra into the rain surrounding myself, as well as sending chakra around my body. I would manipualte the chakra to make it almost identical to that of the rain drops and with that, i simply mimic the rain drops with the chakra around me, making it look like im just raindrops o-o
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I would use this technique primarily to stay hidden for as long as i please and when my target is near me, iwould attack. I could also approach my target very quietly and very slowly making sure to not ruin my disguise and this technique is generally used to hide, or conceal someone before launching a surprise attack.
  • Limitations of the technique; Performing a technique or any complex movements would cause you to be seen
  • How to counter the technique; Nothing, just wait i guess because unless you're a chakra sensor, you won't see them. You could just wait until they decide to come out or use a tech that can hit several targets, a wide range one
  • Questions regarding the technique; Can they still see you if you're walking really slow? ._.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by focusing my Rain based chakra into the falling rain. Dean then perform a quick set of handseals, and manipulate my Rain based chakra to form a type of henge with the rain, causing Dean to become one with the rain. Invisible to the eye, when concealed in the rain and allows Dean to stay hidden from enemies.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Due to it practically acting as a jutsu to hide yourself, it can be used whilst having a clone to then suprise your opponent from behind or use a surprise attack. It's pretty basic but useful in a rainy enviroment.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -It wears off when you move fast, or when quick movements are made. Also, physical contact also makes it wear off and it's only short range. Only for the right situation.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Well, since it basically does nothing, one can maybe use a technique that is wide ranged enough to catch the opponent within it. There isn't much one can do.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -Nope

Nope, the won't see you since your simply concealing yourself. Unless your opponent finds it suspicious and finds a valid way to describe of why he thinks it's suspicious then you will be able to easily sneak upon your opponent, so take that as advantage. It's exactly like how your opponent tries to get out of an genjutsu because of the fact that he has to have a valid reason, so you could kill him pure because of the technical fault he made there. (Don't, hate those RP'ers xD)

(Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user manipulates their chakra to condense a single raindrop into a more solid form. The raindrop becomes as sharp as a blade. The disadvantage to this jutsu is that the raindrop falls in a straight line.

Give it a try guys. Quite the easy but yet effective technique, easily understood.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather my rain chakra in my body and channel it on a single raindrop. With the use of shape manipulation, i carefully shape that raindrop which is falling on the ground into a shape of a sharp needle. I manipulate it to be dense and have the capability to pierce through, or at least greatly injure my opponent.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I think there's only one use for this which is to skillfully attack your opponent with a technique that he/she won't notice. It's very sneaky and would be hard to notice without metagaming, tbh. lol, i'd use it by having a distraction in front of them, maybe a simple genjutsu that would stop them from moving, or try to keep them in place by like, lowering the ground around them or using a genjutsu to turn their body into stone, then i would use this to attack when they can't move o-o
  • Limitations of the technique; It's power and how it only moves in a straight line downwards..
  • How to counter the technique; um countering it would be very easy, anything B rank or higher, and D-rank or higher earth tech (i think it follows the same S&W as water) and um the hard part is how you would know whether it's on top of you. If you are an ame user, you can say something like knowing how the rain would be used in a sneaky way or something, but if you're a normal user, gl. lol
  • Questions regarding the technique; None @_@

Nice job. The sneaky technique indeed. It's quite bothersome if used in a sneaky way, behind another attack while they would use a whole other that would kill them or whatsoever. But, allot of dis-advantages and it's quite weak, so be careful on how you use it.

(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.

OMG I JUST REALIZED HOW AWESOME RAIN IS OMGOMG SUCH SNEAKINESS VERY AWESOME MUCH HIDDEN.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I spread my chakra around throughout three different raindrops that were falling right now. I then manipulate it so that once the raindrop reforms after hitting the ground, icould very quickly manipulate it again. When it falls to the ground, i immediately prform shape manipulation on the water to shape three different spikes from the water and have it launch to my target.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Um this technique is very sneaky you should have it be performed when it is raining a lot because it would be hard to tell from the ground and how all the rain drops are falling. You can also have it form from different angles because it is very small and hard to see, it would be hard to counter
  • Limitations of the technique; Size and lacks strength.
  • How to counter the technique; Finding it first would be beneficial and a small shield made of earth would suffice as it is a weaker technique
  • Questions regarding the technique;Nopeee

(Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean stands in the falling rain, and sends his chakra into it. He manipulates a single raindrop, high in the sky, to form into a sharp needle based projectile as it descends down to the earth. This sharp needle like raindrop would be dense enough to slice through someone as it falls with great speed from the sky above. The rain needle hits the ground, showcasing it's penetrative nature.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -This is a pretty sneaky jutsu, especially in the Ninja World, if it is somehow already raining, you could easily place your opponent in a Genjutsu and while the struggle to get out, you create that sharp needle right above them. It would easily slice through as the Genjutsu would constrict them. One could also use any jutsu that constricts an opponent, then use this, because it only travels in a straight line.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -Since it only falls in a straight line, it can't really be used in every situation. Only when the opponent is constricted or distracted so they don't notice the falling raindrop of death. Also, it's just a single raindrop too, so you only have a single chance to hit the opponent.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -I had a problem with this in a fight against Shady. To not godmod your way out, one has to either have a sensing ability or notice the raindrop and create an instant defense without breaking timeframe. It's actually pretty difficult to counter and can be a jutsu that changes the way the fight goes.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -What exactly is the right way to counter this jutsu without godmodding?
(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean once again stands in the rain that is falling from the sky. He sends his Ameton based chakra into the raindrops falling, more than one raindrop, quite a few actually. As they hit the ground, Dean manipulates these raindrops to create a small spike that rises up from the puddle of water it hits, thus creating spikes of water from a water source with the disturbance of chakra infused rain.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Once again, a very sneaky technique. Since no handseals are formed, one can't actually tell that the raindrops are being manipulated. If the opponent is on a water source and it is raining, one can create these spikes to stab the opponent from beneath them, injuring their feet or just acting as a distraction for another jutsu.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -The opponent has to be standing on a water source and it must be raining of course. This already limits the jutsu to a certain opportunity, though it can be greatly useful.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -One could hear the disturbance in the puddle of water beneath you and getting out of the way, because of it's strength, one could use a small earth based shield to block it or wood.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -How long are these spikes that come out of the puddle?

Do you actually realize that it doesn't require any handseals? I still do wonder why nobody uses rain in the RP. This can be an instant kill if successful against your opponent, you just have to think through your moves and know what to do next to finish your opponent off if you fail in killing your opponent, a plan B.

  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -How long are these spikes that come out of the puddle?
1st technique; Well, that's a good one. Always be prepared against your opponent in fights. Observe your surroundings while not noticing your opponent doing anything. If you are up against a strong opponent, like in this case the sneaky Liliana, then of course she'll brainwash you, forcing you to godmod. Like, when people do sometimes like using handseals for a technique, while they actually do not require any handseal, or perform a hand gesture to make you think that your opponent is actually planning something, confusing you thus falling into their trap. But any other than sensing abilities, Sharingan, Byakugan or any other doujutsu would do. High ranked lighting technique's that erupt with quite ease from your body would evaporate the technique because of the high ranked lightning. Or, the moment you notice it use the earthen skin technique to start covering the specific area where you think the needle or spike will strike first, or water replacement. But as I said before; never let your opponent make it rain if you know he/she has rain mastered. Just, don't. But, to answer your actual question; The slightest little observations would do. The sky, the ground, the concentration on every single thing happening around you like water puddle's moving differently than normally, or anything like that. But now that you are actually getting trained in Rain, and know exactly what to do just state the actual. You now have been trained in rain, hence knowing what will happen when your opponent let's it rain, since you've been gone through the training, technique's etc. You'll just know what's going on if your enemy uses it against you. It's like putting an Water master on a lake against someone else whom did not receive any water training at all. Understood? > This is good for you to know too Ace.

2nd technique: As big as the C-Ranked earthen spike technique. (4/5 feet. 1.50/1.70cm)

(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean sends his rain based chakra into the sky above as it is raining. He manipulates miniscule amounts of raindrops of water to form into a condensed spear of rain itself. The only sign being that the rain pauses for a while, as the spear forms. Then with a single handseal, Dean causes the spear of condensed rain to fall down to the ground, slamming into the earth with great force.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -This is a great technique, one can stealthily create the spear whilst the opponent is distracted, allowing him to not notice the water stopping. Then one can make the spear fall onto the opponent with great speed and kill him. Useful in a rainy enviroment and pretty powerful too.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -The rain stops when the spear is formed, allowing you to know that something is being made. It also probably travels in a straight line, so it can be dodged if you notice it soon enough.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -I used a wooden dome once to stop it once, so pretty much any defense that can cover your head or send some fire up to evaporate the spear itself.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and by combining them, i create ameton chakra. With the use of my rain chakra, i channel it in the rain drops falling near the clouds. I use my chakra to shape out a fairly large spear of water. Then, i use my chakra to manipulate it by having it travel above the clouds, keeping it there for as long as i wish within the three turn limits.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I would use this technique in the beginning of the battle at first, or when i have a lot of extra jutsu slots. When i do this, i would be free to use a lot of other techniques to keep my opponent distracted and where they are at. Then, when he/she is frozen in place, icould have it come down towards them.
  • Limitations of the technique; The three post thing, oh and its not as strong but is still fatal. One other thing, ill ask a question about it later.
  • How to counter the technique; Don't really know... I mean ... using that "If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed." would be useful, other than that, if you know its coming down then you can clear the clouds or create a quick and sturdy armor
  • Questions regarding the technique; can you clarify this "If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed."? and can i move it around the cloud to 'aim'? o-o and yeah i read that wallie too z.z

Yes, you can move it around but remember that while you're doing so you will only be capable of using rain. You would need ying-yang otherwise since you need to maintain focus onto it to move it, but while you perform another technique (rain only) the spear will basically stay on it's place.

(Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Rain Capture Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

Give it a try, familiar with the C-Ranked water technique. But somehow... different.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather my water and wind chakra and join it, creating rain chakra. I then release this chakra and channel it towards my opponent, coating it around my opponents entire body. With the use of chakra manipulation, i would manipulate my chakra to act as a magnet to the raindrops and the raindrops would be attracted to it, attaching to the target and the floor planting him/her in place.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); This technique is very useful because it is made of water and stops your opponent from moving. When they are not moving, i'd use other rain techniques to finish my opponent off, like those weaker yet effective S-rank that hits directly on top of your opponent and requires aim. Other than that, another combo would be using lightning. An easy target, and the water would electrocute them.
  • Limitations of the technique; I suppose it is the obviousness of the technique and how long it may take for the technique to actually take effect.
  • How to counter the technique; I'd create an armor made of earth, either the B or S-rank one since earth > water. I would create a room or a ceiling on top of me right when i notice the raindrops attaching to me.
  • Questions regarding the technique; It is sticky water, right? o-o

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -By gathering my Ameton chakra, Dean manipulates it to attract on a nearby dummy, with him now acting as a magnet for the raindrops. As the raindrops start accumulating around the dummy, Dean then manipulate the raindrops causing it to attach to the ground, holding the opponent in place. This constricts the opponent, allowing for countless attacks to be used on the now, still standing opponent.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Well, it's pretty useful as it doesn't even require handseals. It can be used to constrict the opponent, then use a technique which is fast acting like Swamp of the Underworld, which would easily take the opponent down, and they can't move because the opponent is restricted. There are countless combos to perform with this technique.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -It's merely a C rank, allowing it to be easily countered. It also has a short period where you can counter It before it fully attaches and that is while the raindrops converge around you.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -One could actually use a technique which would surround your body, or overpower it, like rock armor or hardening technique. Or any technique which would cover you from the raindrops itself.

  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.

@Ace; Yes.

(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

This technique won't harm but is very useful. You can use this to interrupt in many ways. For example is like when you're opponent is busy with performing a technique that emits from his mouth or whatsoever, use the rain properties to use it against him/her to kill their selves with their own technique humiliating them in the most humiliating possible way ever. Just keep in mind that you gotta stick to the time-frame, of course.

(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.

Easy to use, once hit it'll collapse into a puddle and remember that these are only for distractions. They cannot throw tools, use technique's whatsoever, the only thing they could do is throw a punch whom wouldn't effect the opponent at all since once they'll do, they'll change into a puddle. It of course would distract your opponent, but you know the drill don't use it recklessly since doujutsu users could easily figure out, not to mention opponents that can sense.

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and together combined, make Ameton chakra. I send it out to the fabric/clothing of my target, making it as a magnet and manipulating my chakra to attract raindrops around it. These raindrops that fall on the targets clothing will stay there, thanks to my chakra, and gradually build up, causing it to get heavier and heavier the longer it rains.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); Well, this technique is a technique id use in the beginning of the battle, and would have its effect throughout the battle. Once i activate this techinque, i would, after a few turns, use speedy techniques that would allow me to move faster. Because my opponent would have water in their armor/clothing, it would be hard for them to move as fast so they won't catch me. I can also use earth techniques a lot, probably from underneath them so if they use lightning, theyd get shocked.
  • Limitations of the technique; The amount of time it would take to get that amount of water in the clothing.
  • How to counter the technique; Taking off your clothes. LOLLOL. I mean it is a legitimate counter; i'd use earth chakra, like the one that makes things lighter. It would also drive out the ameton chakra
  • Questions regarding the technique; Nothing.
  • Brief description of how you perform the technique; I gather water and wind chakra and combine them together, creating rain chakra. I then proceed to send out all the rain chakra i mustered up to the raindrops, directly to the side of my opponent. The rain chakra will manipulate into the raindrops to form clones of myself. They are created about 5 meters above ground, and once it crashes in the ground, disappears in a puddle.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); I would use this technique as a distraction and as a setup for another technique. Once it crashes on the ground to create puddles, near my opponent hopefully, i would use that C-rank rain jutsu to create a spike of water from the puddle and attack them from the sides while my body would be performing another technique, maybe something in their opposite side to get them distracted. o-o
  • Limitations of the technique; This would be the fact that the clones can't harm the opponent in any way and serves as a distraction only
  • How to counter the technique; No counter necessary, they won't harm you but i guess finding out that it isn't real would be important so you can keep your focus on your opponent, rather than the false clones
  • Questions regarding the technique; So its basically making a clone of water, from the rain right? Like you can make it anywhere there's rain, like 20 Meters in the air, or 5 meters in the air and it falls as fast as rain, right? o-o

(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by gathering his Ameton chakra, by combining his Water and Wind chakra. Dean then sends his Rain based chakra into the opponent, making it act like an attractor. Then by manipulating my chakra, I cause raindrops from the falling rain to be attracted to my opponent's clothing. The rain would then start to gather on the opponent and make him heavier, pulling him down to the ground.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -It's a useful technique, and as you said, it can be used when someone uses a technique which is released from their mouth, which would cause them to injure themselves and possibly even kill themselves. Also, it's a good way to constrict someone and then use a technique which would kill them like Swamp of the Underworld or Sticky Earth Drop, or any jutsu that is fast enough to hurt the opponent before they can counter the weight.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -It doesn't produce it's own water, so it must be done in a rainy environment and also the time it would take before the opponent is completely heavy, or unable to move I guess. The move itself doesn't cause any damage, so it's practically a supplementary jutsu.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -Hm, this one is tricky, maybe move yourself fast enough to make the raindrops go off your clothes/body. Not to sure of this one, remove the part the raindrops are attracted to .-.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -What is a suitable counter?

(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones

  • Brief description of how you perform the technique;
    -Dean starts by gathering his Ameton chakra by combining his Wind and Water based chakra. He then sends his chakra into the raindrops beside him, creating a clone of himself within the rain. This acting as a mere distraction, it can't perform any techniques. So then the clone hits the ground, and turns into a puddle of water on the ground.
  • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);
    -Mostly for distractions, so it can be used to distract or confuse your opponent, can be useful in some occasions but not that much as it can't do anything itself, though the puddle it creates could be manipulated.
  • Limitations of the technique;
    -It doesn't do any damage and it's only good for distractions, plus it can only be used in close range.
  • How to counter the technique;
    -If you doubt it to be a clone, a simple punch can destroy it and send it to become a mere puddle. It's preferably a distraction technique.
  • Questions regarding the technique;
    -No.
