He prop could considering in his weakened state he destroyed a village smaller then the chibaku tensei he created in a weaker state then even that.

Nagato should win. Tailed beast bomb will be absorbed, chibaku tensei can capture the kyuubi (already did it) and the kyuubi is a mindless beast without a jinchuriki, while nagato has intelligence.

Kyuubi would definitely win. Eight teils were enough for Naruto to break out of Chibaku Tensei, though he only has half of Kyuubi's Chakra. Orochimaru's great sword of Kusanagi couldn't even hurt the chakra cloak, Rasen Shuriken merely shaved its chest. I neither see a way Nagato could hurt that beast, nor do I think that he could just absorb something like

Nagato. He can counter everything the kyuubi throws at him, plus he can just replenish his chakra by absorbing some of the kyuubi's and this would greatly weaken the kyuubi as well

You do realize that that was a Nagato that was empty on chakra and kyuubi still could not escape right, and kyuubi already got it's chakra back.

Even though Nagato was already drainded from chakra at that moment, he himself said that he could make CT bigger. At that was crippled Nagato, we are talking about healthy one, thats a great difference.

The kyuubi just moved and broke out , this is the full 9 tails kyuubi a tbb from a demon that can cause an earth quake with a tail swing, it wud just destroy CT with a tbb, also it doesn't matter if Nagato cud absorb tbb, once CT is over the kyuubi cud just swing a tail to kill Nagato cuz that it self does more damage then rasensuriken but its not ninjutsu but it can cause a tsunami in one swing soo??

Math makes me believe that healthy Nagato with full chakra would be able to perform CT three times as powerful as it was in manga. That would be enough to imprison even full Kyuubi.
