Lol...Itachi played him from the start and Sasuke was too dumb to see that. Sasuke threw everything at Itachi and still failed to kill him .In the end Itachi just sealed Orochimaru and died of his illness.
Itachi spared Sasuke's scared to shit ass, Sasuke didn't win, Itachi intentionally let him win...so its borrowed. Beside after the fight Sasuke was in no condition to take Itachi's eyes. If not for Obito's help, Sasuke would've been walking with a stick.

Itachi removing Orochimaru from Sasuke that was good, but removing the Curse Seal that was a bad move on Itachi Part since all that time Sasuke spent mastering the Curse Seal was for nothing.

I still believe Itachi could of got EMS along with Sasuke if they both swapped their eyes, only reason that wasn't considered since well they were enemies at least to Sasuke eyes (no pun intented).

Sasuke had to train to get used to his eyes Naruto barely trained to get Kyuubis power. His parents helped him. He always needs help. "Oh my parents died and put the kyuubi in me. I'm so proud of being their kid."

When Sasuke left the village Naruto stayed like "oh I have friends!" Sasuke earned his own Sharingans from one comma to 3 comma to Ems to Rinnegan.

Naruto had a lot more chakra and absorbs a worldly natural energy just to match Sasuke. Sasuke didn't need powerups to match him. He controls the bijuu with his own eye. Naruto begs for power to stop Sasuke. The battle was a draw. Sasuke the badass admit defeat to be nice to that guy who relies on his pet in many battles.
