Kyuubi cant be permanently seals. No dealmon can be gone forever. They even state that if a Demon were to die it would just reapear. That means that they MUST exist and they cannot permently die or be sealed. So they must regenerate the chakra they lose. I doubt minato really knew about sealing demons that well, be he did do a great job holding Kyuubi down lol.

So how will the juubi be made if one of its parts of missing. Will a clock work properly if i destroy half of one of the gears? Will a car properly if i take apart half of the engine. Will an airplane fly properly if it loses a turbine? Will a ship stay afloat of i remove 50% of he hull?

For the juubi to be recreated it will need all of its chakra not 90 or 91 or 99 but 100%

Since madara knew that Minato sealed the yin or yang chakra of the fox but he still plans on recreating the juubi then he even knows that the fox chakra has regenerated.

Also if 1/2 of the chakra typed needed for TBB was sealed why is kyuubi able to use it?

If Half of the chakra was gone PERMANENTLY then why was the Kyuubi bigger when he was bursting out of chibaku then at the time when he was sealed.

Hachibi is stating that just becuase he has more power than them that wont make him better. Shikaku was mad becuase te fox was more than likely claiming that shikaku will always be weak no matter how attached he is to his owner.
Power =/= Strength
Im guessing that the argument in this thread was is the kyuubi the strongest. but under what condition? Chakra level, Ability, Cooperation with host?
But on just terms of pure chakra Kyuubi has more than the rest combined and hachibi has more than 1-7 combined and thats why kyuubi told hachibi that if we are going by tails (chakra masses) you have more than the rest so do your fking job and stop holding back.

hear me out,we can all agree that the strength of a tailed beast is determined
by the number of tails it has. BUT as you can remember minto only sealed the kyubi in naruto at half strength the second half(and when i say half i mean half of the kyubi chakra) in himself.

The plan fact is this, the fox is the strongest out of the 9 tailed beast, why you ask, forget the tails for a minute and think logic. Do you really think the 1st Hokage would give the other nations the strongest tailed beast or keep it for his village. The 1st Hokage only gave the other villages tailed beast to keep the balance of power do the other village don't gang up on the leaf. Some villages got 2 some got 1. The fox has more chakra then the rest but in the terms of beating the other tailed beasts there are other circumstance to take note of. Like strategy, control of ability, who they are sealed in.

Nice logic... I may be wrong but wanted to put another point. Madara used the fox to attack the leaf .. he could have used the 1 tail or 4 tails.. But he used to annihalate the leaf and hence used the strongest..
