kyubi isnt the strongest bijju

No this is how I think of it. 8 tails has all of his chakra, he couldnt even kill suigetsu point blank with a TBB.
Kyuubi, who has only HALF of his chakra, was easily able to burst out of Chibaku Tensei. Not saying the 8tails wouldnt, but at half chakra...and chibaku wasnt a push over move. Im saying 9tails at full would tbb any who gets in his way. Besides, the village was attacked twice by nine-tails, if he wasnt the strongest, why would he be used twice?

The nine tails is stronger remember it's the only one to have fought members of the akatsuki and didnt lose but the others just fell to akatsuki so its the strongest
So if beasts compared by their tails, then how they was divided? 10 tails - half and then go on till 1 tailed? Like 9tailed got 50% of 10tailed. then 8tailed got 25%... in the end 1tailed got only 0,2% of the strength...

You guys can't be THAT dense?? It says that the Kyuubi has basically unlimited chakra....what makes you think that half of unlimited is less then the eight tales after what we have seen from it, which isn't so great??? The ninetails is still better, even if it has half chakra sealed.

You're underestimating Kyuubi. I mean, it might be true what you're saying, but if it had it's full power it wouldn't be that way. It's handicapped.

The kyuubi is the strongest and wuld remain the strongest with or without the yin chakra,if you notice whenever naruto goes kyuubi the intensity of his transformation is breathtaking,everything around him is destroyed,his look is so fierce,everything changes the more tails go.So far kyuubi is the only one we have seen making a tbb in his four tails even if it is not complete it is devastating.what hachibi said to the kyuubi was just to make him not to feel like he is the best which he is,he did'nt say it to underestimate the kyuubi.Hachibi has enough respect for the kyuubi when it comes to power,when he was explain the tbb to naruto and the transformation into the fox he sounded like someone who knows the capabilities and the extreme the kyuubi can go.

After all, Edo Madara tried to summon Kyuubi; when he fought Shodai e summoned Kyuubi; Tobi or whoever attacked Konoha went to a great deal of trouble to get the Kyuubi to attack Konoha...
It seems to me that the foxy bijuu is on the top of the chain food, not counting juubi because if juubi is revived there will be no more tails to count beyond it's own...

That wasn't the manga stating it. That was Hachibi's personal opinion. He was saying that having more chakra doesn't make you stronger. There's a lot to consider, more than just chakra reserves.
Example: Itachi has relatively low chakra, still a Boss.

So in terms of just Chakra, Kyuubi has the most. He is also the most powerful. This doesn't mean he can for sure beat the others though. It just means he has the largest chakra reserve and most power. Could still be outsmarted.
Good point btw about the Kyuubi being only half sealed with Naruto. We have to assume however that the Kyuubi has regained his full potential, otherwise you are correct. I think they will explain that Kyuubi managed to heal himself while in Naruto, that said. He isn't that big...there's a chance you are correct.

Yeah i heard that each tail is a mass of chakra and it has nine big ass tails and about that we never know why minato only put half and baiscally dont know where that half got restored over time or it can never come back but i think it slowly came back

Chiyo said the more tails you have the more chakra Akatsuki confirmed it too becos they said the kyuubi has to be sealed lasted or the gedo mazo will break.IMo kyuubi has half of the juubi's chakra while the other half is shared by the other eight that is why the kyuubi has more similarity to the juubi

Your reasoning doesnt make any sense. Are you taking what habachi said to be true because he is a tailed beast and should know about power? If so, why dont you take what kyuubi to be true becuase he is also a tailed beast. Also if you notice what kyuubi stated. He believes that Habachi can take on all of the tailed beast becuase he is the second stongest. so the majority of the power from the juubi went to the habachi and 9 tailed fox. Based on what Kyuubi said 8>7+6+5+4+3+2+1. So Even at half stregnth the Kyuubi would be stronger than ALL other tailed beast at the same time becuase based off what kyuubi said 9>8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1.
But the Kyuubi must have regenerated its chakra other wise it would not be good enough to recreate the juubi. For the juubi to be recreated it will more than likely need ALL of its former power if the nine tailed who was said to have most of the chakra had half of its chakra seal then techniquely half of the juubi chakra is sealed so it cannot be brought back to life. So based of reasoning and logic if madara is trying to bring back the juubi and he knows that the foxs chakra was sealed then it must still be possible recreate juubi meaning that either juubi doesnt need 100% of its chakra to be reformed OR the kyuubi regenerated its sealed chakra. IF number 1 is right and juubi doesnt need 100% of it chakra then, Since the kyuubi stated that the later deamon is able to beat all demons before it then the kyubi must have atlease 51% of the chakra/stregnth of the juubi (if he had less the 50.1% of its chakra/ stregnth then his theory is wrong becuase he would match all other demons). IF half of his chakra was sealed and gone forever the juubi would be recreated with 74.5% of its original chakra which would basically be like the kyuubi, habachi and 7 tialed demon alone. So i doubt the first option is viable, so the second option must be true the kyuubi regenerated its chakra.

minato said he ll permanently seal 9 tails power... so 9 tails power is sealed... but isnt less thn 8 tail
Kyuubi cant be permanently seals. No dealmon can be gone forever. They even state that if a Demon were to die it would just reapear. That means that they MUST exist and they cannot permently die or be sealed. So they must regenerate the chakra they lose. I doubt minato really knew about sealing demons that well, be he did do a great job holding Kyuubi down lol.
