We all know the tailed beasts are living creatures made of chakra and that they do replenish their chakra or else they wouldn't be so power after years of using chakra. Back from the Sage time to now. A great example is when samehada absorbed all of bee's and the 8 tails chakra leaving Bee unable to chase Kisame yet the 8 tails got his chakra back, if he had chakra then he would have gave bee more. Minato was low on chakra when he was sealing the fox and said he couldn't seal the whole fox into naruto (because he was a baby) Mito and Kushina did just fine with the full fox inside of them. Minato sealed the yin chakra into the death reaper seal and the yang into naruto. yin/yang=spiritual/physical chakra which makes chakra. The Sage older son recieved the Sage's eyes (powerful chakra and spiritual energy) while the younger son recieved the Sage's body (will and physical energy). We know that chakra is made by combining your physical energy and spiritual energy yet each of the Sage's sons got one of the two and their decendants (uchiha clan,Senju clan and Uzumaki clan) can use chakra like any other ninja but either got powerful chakra (uchiha clan) or large reserve (senju/uzumaki clan). The 8 tails regrew his horns/tenicles which are his physical form (chakra mass) but the Kyuubi can't regain his chakra and size? All of the facts points to the tailed beasts being able to regain their chakra so the kyuubi has all of his chakra just the yang part.

kyuubi is definitely the second strongest bijuu after juubi,
though half of its chakra is sealed in minato, it has the ability to regenerate itself.
So i think it has revived itself fully inside naruto.

Lets just say this, no matter what we say technically Nine-Tails will conclude to be the strongest for he is within the main character that is Naruto. Also, id like to point out Nine-Tails should most definitely have the most chakra but might not be the most POWERFUL. nobody said having more chakra equals more power, having more chakra only means more Jutsus that can be used without exhausting urself.

from how i understand minato,the 9 tails was way more stronger than all the tail beasts combine,thats y he said that it will upset the balance of the beasts,so Permanently sealing half has brought it down to the other beasts level,still stronger than them but not by too much....i understand the point that others have about the 8 tails losing it's power to samiheada and the 3 Riakage,also wen kabuto made Nageto absorb his tails,but losing something is deferent to it being sealed away....the only thing that can make me believe that the kyuubi regain his powers,is the fact that Oro arms was sealed away and was able to use them again,so the same cud be for the fox...and if u try to say he used another body or soul...then the fox cud have used naruto to regain it...other than that,maybe he's still at half but stonger that them still
Minato sealed 1/2 of Kyubi chakra but in those 16 years Kyubi regenerated his chakra by sucking narutos SO we can tell that naruto have all the kyubi chakra but just the yang part.

ALSO, Tailed Beast Bomb feats from the Kyuubi were able to rise above Hokage mountain at a DISTANCE, meaning that had that blast been aimed at Konoha when the Fourth diverted it, there would have been no more Konoha. The Hachibi has shown strong beast blasts, but it it took up a valley within Kumogakure that seem a little less widespread than the Hokage mountain.
The Kyuubi has almost unlimited chakra, and the regeneration factor which means that it can fight almost continuously. Naruto only won against the Kyuubi because inside of his subconscious, he can do things he CANNOT normally do, like have 100 Sage Clones.

yea but back in the normal naruto and early shippuden when naruto got angry he wud release some of the fox's power against sasuke at the end of the retrival ark he faced him with 3 tails of chakra and he was pretty epic (for back then anyway) and when he fought orochimaru he realeased 6 tails of the fox's chakra and almost killed him. may have no relevance just thought id mention it lol, and like someone said in this pst just because minato only sealed half away doesnt mean the fox's power wouldnt return over time
