hear me out,we can all agree that the strength of a tailed beast is determined
by the number of tails it has. BUT as you can remember minto only sealed the kyubi in naruto at half strength the second half(and when i say half i mean half of the kyubi chakra) in himself.
im pretty sure that HALF KYUBI CHAKRA >> ONE TAIL WORTH OF CHAKRA

so basically the strongest tailed beast is the hachibi

I wonder about that. Each Bijuu is made up of 1/10 of the 10 tails. Seems werid to split them unevenly. I think the tails are just a means of counting and because tails are awesome.

We don't know that for sure, the fox is a living creature and like all living things that produce chakra should be able to have its chakra restored in time. Minato couldnt seal all of the fox chakra into naruto because he was a baby and couldn't handle it. Mito and Kushina were older when they had the fox sealed inside them.

It says strength not chakra, two different things. Naruto (base power) has more chakra then Sakura but she'll physically stronger then him (until sage mode). It was already said the tails are equal to chakra when comparing the tailed beast. Forgot where tho.

And you can't judge a beasts' strength by its tails. The manga says it doesn't work that way, rather recently at that, and the nine tailed beasts all came from the same single beast, anyway. The power was, probably, divided evenly.

No 8tails was saying if you try hard enough you can defeat anyone (determination) but still kyuubi is stronger then all the other beast its power was brought down a lil to the 8 tails

if he sealed half the chakra he would have built it back up in the 16 or so years he was in naruto and nine tails is the strongest period .not because he has more tails but because he is the main character ...well naruto is and he is naruto
