Combinations Strategies

I could use Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique to create the clouds beforehand, and after sensing my opponent, I can hit him with Lightning Release: Fangs of Lightning.

Ways to counter this Technique

I could use a wind technique with a wide range to blow the clouds away before my opponent can collect enough chakra in the clouds to perform Lightning Release: Fangs of Lightning.

You Doing the Jutsu

I notice you clone, I being by concentrating my Raiton chakra in my hands and I then channel it up to a point in the sky. There I start to amass my chakra, I do so by pumping a continuous stream of chakra up to that point until I have gathered a significant amount of chakra which should be more than enough for this technique. I then continue by focusing my gathered chakra and then using nature manipulation to transform the chakra into lightning. I then focus this lightning downwards, causing a extremely fast blot of lightning to rain down upon my enemies, hitting them hard and making him faint from the electric shock.

Requires 5 hand seals. Requires all 4 pillars or it won't work, meaning if 1 is destroyed the technique won't work.
The 4 pillars size need to be proportionate to the target area.

Combinations Strategies

I first use Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld, to bind my target, then i use the Lightning Release: Four-Pillar Bind technique to subdue the 4 headed dog!

Ways to counter this Technique

I would use Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation to form a vortex around my body so that the lightning can't hit me and also to destroy the pillars around me.

You Doing the Jutsu

To begin I first concentrate my Raiton chakra and I then channel my chakra into the ground. There I start to quickly amass my chakra, building up a sufficient amount for this technique in no time at all. I then perform the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare handseals and I focus my Raiton chakra straight upwards. By doing so I first create four huge pillars that surround (proportionate to the target area) , I then use nature manipulation and channel my chakra through the pillars. This forms my chakra into lightning that shoots out of the top of each pillar, hitting whatever was inside the proportionate to the target area and electrifying, leaving every living being inside paralyzed.

Combinations Strategies

I could combine this jutsu with Water Release : Water Dragon to make RaiSuiryūdan no jutsu, in process paralyzing my opponent!

Ways to counter this Technique

If my opponent use the water & lightning combo, I'd have to use bigger ranked wind jutsu to counter, such as Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere.

You Doing the Jutsu

I start by performing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, I then concentrate my raiton chakra into my hands. There I quickly build up the chakra, gathering a sufficient amount for the technique. Then by using nature manipulation I change it into lightning chakra. I then release it into an unfocused manner in the direction of our lunch the crabs, leaving those moving crabs paralyzed. I then once again gather enough raiton chakra in my hands, and release a second (but in a much focused manner ) wave of electricity, in process frying those crabs. I bet those are good enough to eat??

I guess you don't know this goes. o-o You only need to perform each jutsu with as much detail as possible so i know you understand their inner workings and what they do. Your targets are usually Pein or their summons for a more accurate display of the jutsus effect. Feel free to ask if you have a question for me.

Well done. Now you need to put your hands together and gather lightning within them. Then proceed to slam your hands on the ground and send an electrical current running through the ground to shock your target. The current may be spit to strike separate targets. Try it out.

Ways to counter this Technique

Since the jutsu "races" through the ground, I could use Earth Release: World Shaking to make it lose ground and disrupt. Or Focus high amount of chakra at the bottom of my feet.

You Doing the Jutsu

I notice those peins standing 15 meters away from me, I clap my hands together and I start by focusing sufficient raiton chakra in my hands, then by using nature and shape manipulation you can notice the electrical energy beginning to crackle around me, I then slam my hands on the ground and release the energy so it creates an electric current racing through the ground ripping through it, I notice those peins creating a wall to try and stop it, but I outsmart all of them by splitting the current and hitting them from their unguarded sides. Causing them to experience a nice & powerful electrical shock.

A wind based technique starting from B-rank with enough force should be enough to counter it. Such as Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique.

You Doing the Jutsu

I notice Shurado flying towards me, I begin by concentrating my lightning chakra and I then channel it into my hands. I then raise my hands up while gathering more chakra into it, quickly building up a sufficient amount for this technique. I then point my hands at the incoming shuramdo and focus the chakra out of my hand, as it leaves I use nature manipulation to transform it into lightning. By doing so I shoot a bolt of lightning from my hands at shurado, frying him and causing him to fall on the ground.

You can use it close counter situations, or you could have a clone use Hidding in Mist Jutsu to get close enough to your opponent to be able to hit him.

Ways to counter this Technique

As my opponent swings his whip I could use Wind Release: Shock Blade to make sure it never hits me. Or use a bigger scale attack to counter it and keep on attacking my opponent, such as Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind.

You Doing the Jutsu

I notice that incoming crab summon attacking me, and I start by concentrating enough raiton chakra between my palms, then by using nature & shape manipulation I create a "rope" of lightning which I then use as a whip to attack that crab, hitting him multiple times leaves him paralyzed. I bet that is good enough to eat?? Shall we fry it up Sensei??

Again, i don't need all of that, just the last part. Don't put your reply in spoilers either.

Not bad. For the next jutsu you will have to gather lightning in your dominant hand and release it in the shape of a hound. A cord-like bolt of lightning should be connecting your hand to the hound, allowing you to control it and direct it toward your target. My dog's way better than yours!

I notice your incoming jutsu, I start by concentrating my Raiton-Chakra in my right hand. When I have molded enough chakra for this technique, I use nature manipulation to create lightning from my right hand, it starts to radiate, then I use shape manipulation to create a hound shaped stream of lightning. I then attach the hound to a bold of lightning and have it attack your jutsu, it hits straight on, which makes us cancelling both our jutsus.

If you decide to only attack with only one spear, it will be pretty easy to avoid for your opponent.

Combinations Strategies

I could have a clone use Earth Release: Earth Corridor to trap my opponent, I would have my clone leave a small opening in which I then throw the spear and split it into multiple smaller ones, making it harder to evade by opponent.

Ways to counter this Technique

If my opponent would decide to split the spear into smaller ones, I'd use Wind Release: Vacuum Wave to block them all and at the same time launch an attack on my opponent.

I start by focusing raiton-chakra in my lungs, when I have molded enough for this technique, i push the raiton-chakra into my mouth. Then by using nature manipulation I form lightning, then I spit it out and by using shape manipulation I form a spear made out of lightning. Then I split the spear into multiple spear.

You have many applications with this clone, since he's just like a regular one. So I don't see how one combination strategies would be enough here, but since he's made out of lightning, I would send him to enter close combat. If my opponents doesn't know who the clone is, I could shock him and paralyze him upon contact with my clone.

Ways to counter this Technique

I could use Wind Style: Hurricane Fist before going into close combat with the clone.

You Doing the Jutsu

I imagine my self splitting into two identical copies of myself, then i begin building up Raiton-chakra over my body i then send the chakra throughout my entire body. Next when I have molded enough chakra for this technique, I emit the chakra through my whole body and by using nature manipulation I create lightning out of it. While imagining myself i release the chakra from my body then I use shape manipulation to create a clone out of the lightning. A second me made out of lightning poofs into existence next to me.

Good, good. Now i want you to to channel lightning chakra into a bladed weapon. Then use the lightning energy inside of the weapon and cause the weapon to vibrate at a high frequency. Along with the boost in power that comes with the infusion of lightning, the vibration should allow the weapon to cut and pierce through most materials. Slice this up.

Now take these two windmill shuriken and attach metal cables to them before channeling lightning through them. Then toss them at your target and when they hit, they should shock and paralyze your target since you are running electricity through the cables to him. The effect is temporary however.

I would use the hell out of Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind when someone tries to get close to me with his Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword.

I take the sword you gave me, I start by channeling Raiton-Chakra into the sword, when I have sufficient for this technique, I use nature manipulation to create lightning. By doing so, I increase the swords vibrating frequency and its cutting power. I try it on a tree next to me, and who knew? the tree was chopped midway. I then notice your clone, I attack him and hit him right in the hart, making him disperse.

While you're sending chakra into the sky, you'll be open for attacks.
Requires clouds (does it? the descriptions doesn't speak of any).
By raising your hands in the air, you're opponent will propably be able to predict which technique you're using.

Combinations Strategies

I could have a clone use Earth Release: World Shaking, making it ever harder to evade Lightning Release: Large Electrical Discharge Technique when he can't even stand right.

Ways to counter this Technique

If my opponent is almost finishes performing the technique I could use Wind Release: Vacuum Wave to protect myself from the electric discharge.

You Doing the Jutsu

I start by performing the Ram hand seal, I put my right hand up in the air and start gathering Raiton-chakra in it, after I've gather sufficient for this technique, I release the Raiton-chakra into the sky, and by using nature & shape manipulation I release an electric discharge from above on that guy, causing sever damage all over his body, making him disperse.

You need a big projectile and the opportunity to pin down your opponent.

I could have a clone use Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop to bury my opponent after hes paralyzed.

Ways to counter this Technique

If I can block the incoming projectile and make sure it doesn't hit me, my opponent won't be able to perform his technique, I could use Wind Release: Twister Shot to do that.

You Doing the Jutsu

I take out two large shuriken and focus my raiton chakra into them, when I have accumulated enough chakra for the technique, I throw them at my opponent and by using an electrical cable I remain connected to the shurikens. After pinning my opponent, the electricity provided by the electrical cable paralyzes him making it very easy for me to finish him off with a high kick.

After creating the barrier you could gather the energy around you and discharge it in one direction as an attack but the jutsu will end there. Defend yourself and strike back.

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.

Now i want you to gather raiton chakra in your hand and toss it into the air where it should levitate for several seconds. While it's there, you need to make it generate lightning bolts continuously and shoot them at a target within range. Try it out

I would use a big sized wind technique with a mid range, such as Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind to counter and keep on attacking my opponent.

I notice the pein strapped on the chair, I put up my hands and start focusing my raiton-chakra into them, when I have gathered sufficient chakra fort this technique, by using nature and shape manipulation I release a current of purple lightning from my hands, which I use to shock pein strapped on the chair. After few doses of shock he reveals where he hid your snacks!

Combinations Strategies

You can combine it with taijutsu, to get the upper hand in a battle. Or you could have a clone use Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique, making running/evading impossible for your opponent.

You could use Wind Style: Hurricane Fist to break through the barrier.

You Doing the Jutsu

I notice that pein attacking me by throwing multiple explosive kunais at me, I start by focusing my Raiton-chakra, once I have enough for this technique, I release it and use nature and shape manipulation to create a plasma barrier around me self to protect myself against the incoming explosive kunais. Then I rush at the pein with the barrier still activated and discharge the barrier so a wave of electricity hits him, causing him to take a lot of damage and making him to back off.

I could use a large sized wind technique such as to counter the continuous rain of lightning bolts and meanwhile I'd also attack my opponent because of its size.

I start by focusing my raiton chakra in between my hands, when I have gathered sufficient for this technique, I use nature and shape manipulation to create an orb of raiton chakra and I release into the mid air, when it has reached a decent distance from the ground I make it release a rain of lightning for a couple of seconds, it causes the target within range to be destroyed!

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

Next, generate unfocused electricity within your body and release it as either an omnidirectional surge or by channeling the electricity through a medium at your target. On contact the electricity paralyzes them but doesn't cause much physical damage. This technique can also be channeled through weapons to increase their strength. Try it out.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Ways to counter this Technique

Once you're a Raiton master, Nagashi will be ineffective against you. Or, you could use Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar to create the pillars around you, which would absorb the raiton before it reaches you. If this one isn't a valid move, I could use Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado to cancel your Nagashi.

Good enough. This jutsu is a variant of chidori. You need to gather concentrated lightning in your palm and release it in the form of numerous lightning needles capable of piercing most defences and numbing the damaged area. Depending on the situation, the needles could accurately strike certain points of the body without causing permanent injury. Try it on these guys

Ways to counter this Technique

If my opponent decides to throw it towards me, I'd counter it using an even bigger sized wind based sphere such as in the Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere technique. If he wants to use it in a close combat situation, I'd use a technique such as Water Style: Destruction Torrent to push my opponent away from me.

After my clone performs the Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover your clone with mud, I start of by performing the Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger hand seals, I simultaneously gather the required Raiton chakra in my feet, as I have gathered sufficient, I release it into the ground and using nature and shape manipulation I create 16 pillars around that giant dog, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap that dog. Then my other clone performs the Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing that giant dog.

Good job. This jutsu is another chidori variant. You'll have to gather lightning in your hand and use shape manipulation to extend the lightning in the form of a blade up to 10 meters long. Once you have pierced your target, you can further manipulate the blade to split into multiple blades and cause more damage. Find your next victim.

Ways to counter this Technique

Even if my opponent manages to restrict my movement, I'd just use the Great Fire Majestic Annihilation technique to counter the Chidori Sharp Spear and at the same time keep on attacking my opponent. (I used this technique because I assume fire & lightning are neutral to each other and that the fire technique would continue because of its size as a A-rank technique. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

I start of by performing the chidori technique, as I have it in my right hand, I use shape manipulation to extend it into a 10 m long lighning blade, which I use to cut your clone. As the first one disperses, I notice you making a 2nd clone. So I once again perform the chidori and using shape manipulation I extend it once again 10 m in lenght. Upon contact with your clone, I make the blade split into multiple blades shaping, which hit your clone in multiple places.

I start by gathering the required chakra through my body. As I have gathered sufficient, I release it all from over my body. As it can be found all around my body now, I use shape manipulation to create a vortex of electricity all around me. I once again use shape manipulation to create a large dragon shape head above the vortex, which keeps rising in size. I then have it shoot towards the three incoming peins who were standing at a long range from me, leaving them electrified.

The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

I could use Water Release: Rising Water Cutter to attack my opponent infront of him, while my clone would be attacking with the disks from the sides.

I could use a wind technique such as Wind Style: Pressure Damage to counter the disks and keep attacking my opponent.

You Doing the Jutsu

I start by performing the Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger hand seals, I then focus Raiton-chakra in my body, when I have gathered sufficient, using nature manipulation I release it as a discharge of electricity, then by using shape manipulation I fire off several disks of electricity to hit the running thief, thus executing him!

I'd combine it with an attack from the sides, I believe that the Earth and Stone Bamboo Shoot Technique would be perfect for this combo. I'd have the spikes attack from all sides and then he'd have to evade by jumping, but the column of electricity would rise from underneath him and hit him midair.

Ways to counter this Technique

As I notice my opponent pourring the massive amount of lightning chakra into the ground, I'd use the Ground Splitting Technique to create a trench between us, to cut of the chakra supply in time before he can fully perform his technique.

You Doing the Jutsu

I start of by performing the required hand seals Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram, I then focus the required into my hands. I then slam both my hands on the ground and then I release the chakra through it. Which collects all underneath my opponent. When I have gathered sufficient chakra for this technique, I use shape manipulation to create a column of lightning to fry up the giant crab.

You Doing the Jutsu

I start of by performing the snake hand seal, I then gather the required chakra in lungs. When I have gathered sufficient, I release it from my mouth and by using nature & shape manipulation I form a spear of lightning. It moves so quickly that your clone has no chance to evade it. I repeat this technique, but this time as I release the spear, I use shape manipulation once more to split it into 3 separate spears, which hit the 3 headed dog. The dog lowers his tail and starts running backwards.

Superb. Now focus massive amounts of lightning chakra around your hands like you're making a Chidori on each hand. Then clap your hands together to release all of the energy at once in the form of a huge, destructive thunderbolt at your target. The damage it causes is so great you would also be hurt if your target was short range from you. Don't mind the bird, you have other things to worry about.

Next, perform the Ox, Rabbit, and Monkey handseals and simply gather a higher concentration of lightning chakra in your palm than chidori which should make it even more powerful when striking a target. Here's a tough target for you.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.

For this jutsu perform the Ram, Horse, Snake, and Tiger handseals before releasing a great amount lightning chakra across the surface of your body. You may use a genjutsu in conjunction with this technique to prevent your enemy from noticing the illusion right away. Try it out.

Ways to counter this Technique

I'd use a technique such as the Air Current Wild Dance technique, to distort the incoming thunderstrikes' path and because of its properties and size, it would continue attacking my opponent.

As I stand on a 15 m high cliff, looking at the incoming bird, as it gets closer and closer i throw a explosive kunai at the bird and jump of from the clip. As I keep falling I start by focusing the required chakra for this technique in each of my hands, using nature manipulation I essentially perform a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand, I then clap both hands together and using shape manipulation I release the massive amount of raiton chakra in the form of a thunderbolt directed towards the bird. Upon exploding, all that is left is ashes falling from the sky.

Just stop the user from getting into close range. I could use the Vacuum Wave technique to defend from my opponents' attack, and I'd counter him with an attack on my own.

You can use this technique as a decoy, you can layer it with a genjutsu up to A-rank. I'd use it together with the Crushing Snake Constriction Technique, as to him, it would also seem like his movements are constricted, which would make it easier for me to finish him.

I'd use the Earth Shelter Technique technique to block out the blinding light.

I start of perform the required hand seals and focus the required raiton chakra all over my body, as I have gathered sufficient and I'm at a position which allows to me use it, I release it from all over my body in the form of blinding light, leaving him blinded, at the same I perform a genjutsu, which he didn't notice that was being performed on him because of the light, as he's able to see again, it's already too late for him to react.

Excellent. The next one involves raikiri. First perform a raikiri with additional lightning gathered in your hand and split it apart so you'll have one in each hand. When you're ready just attack your target as you normally would but now you have two. Wreck this robot.

You will need to perform chidori and hold it up to the sky, using it to take control of the lightning in the clouds which you will form into a huge dragon. Then direct the dragon onto your target which will strike him with the speed of an actual lightning bolt but with much more destructive power. Target whatever you want as long as it's not nearby.
