We have never seen hw strong nd powerful kushina is..bt we have heard of it..we all knw that without kushina minato would nt be a hokage also kushina knw powerful sealing jutsu..But tsunade is strong and is a medica ninja...she could use her jutsus as to heal and defence..so tell me who would be the best

kushina was so strong even without the kyuubi and her power was equal to minato... though i don't dislike tsunade, kushina is still a lot stronmger!!

kushina for the win! mainly just cause she is uzumaki (chakra chains, sealing jutsu, her strong personality to never give up), granted tsunade is incredibly strong and knows medical ninjutsu.
