Err? What sorry your not making sense. Recent manga "facts" state that it doesn't matter if the Biju is extracted, if you stuff it back in while the Jin is still alive they live lol. Kushina was planing to reseal the Kyuubi inside herself before Minato stopped her.

Ergo if Minato hadn't stuffed his "giant" Hokage nose in and stopped her, She wouldn't be dead and neither would Minato be. Not only that but Naruto would have his family.

How ? kushina would had died any way. If its not for kishi ruining his own story , we wouldn't had got so many plot holes.
Obito surviving being stabbed in Neck
Obito surviving a big hole in chest
Obito survivng jubbi extraction
Obito surviving after doing rinne tensei

This manga don't make any sense now
