Manda, 10000 snakes, Kusanagi can't penetrate that barrier, Third said nobody can do anything against it and chains come from underground, Kakashi, Itachi, Neji have all fallen prey to underground attacks and these guys had dojutsu and are known for speed. And Tsunade is in this mix with acid and super strength.
