Wow...
I just rread the Yondaime Gaiden.
It seems Minato and Kushina were a great and happy couple.
When they first heard about the Kyuubi it had already destroyed the whole fire temple.
They told Minato about it right after Naruto was born. He only held naruto for about 2min.
After that he went off to fight the Kyuubi.
Minato used some jutsu to hold the kyuubi down.
It was a cool ass jutsu.
It held the kyuubi down and then took all of its chakra.
While Minato and the Kyuubi were talking.
A ninja came and told minato bad news.
Kushina had died from blood loss after Naruto's birth.
So Minato told the ninja to bring Naruto to him.
When the ninja brought naruto to him minato was saying I'm sorry about this kushina.
Naruto you will be konoha's protector.
I know not being with me will hurt you alot and i don't deserve to be a good father to you.
After that he used the Reaper Death Seal jutsu and sealed the fox inside of Naruto.
After that the ninja came back and brought Naruto to the 3rd Hokage.

It was never clear to my why the 4th and not the 3rd Hokage fought the Kyuubi unless it was because at the time only the 4th had mastered the Death God sealing jutsu.

I presume the Yondaime Gaiden is your theory because I haven't heard of it, sorry if that's a dumb question.

Your story does tie up some loose ends such as what happened to Kushina.

Yea i watched it on youtube just type in Yondaime Gaiden...I have a feeling its just a Fan Fiction but they said in the credits that Masashi Kishimoto was the producer so i don't know

hey why is the fire temple in yondaime gaiden destroyed and bow its still theyre and didntkazuma go to konoha to capture the kyubbi then tehy inplanted the kyubbis chakra in sora then they must have had like spacial room and everything to do that but its destroyed so the story may be good but it has a little posibillity of being true atleast becuse of this what i sead

I doubt the ''Sealing the Kyubbi'' thing was that simple.
I'm nearly positive there was more to it then we know.
As to why Sandaime didn't seal up the Kyubbi...
Hmm, I don't really know, maybe Minato took it upon himself to do away with the Kyubbi.
Maybe Sandaime wanted to do it, but Minato convinced Sandaime to let him do it.
Why, I don't know.
That's why I hope there's a REAL Yondaime Gaiden to clarify everything.
