Kakashi and Kushina could win. I compare 3rd Raikage lighting armor to A lvl1 lightning armor in speed. So he is not that fast, and we've seen that Sasuke with Sharingan could compet with that, so i see Kakashi being able to compet. He is fast too. And Kakashi has raikiri. When Sasuke could pearce a little bit thru A's armor, i think Kakashi could destroy.

Secondly Tsuande hinted that her fighting style was rather reckless and compared her to naruto in part 1.

Thirdly minato had an ftg tag on her to protect her, which hints that she wasnt that strong.
Most likely a jonin on kurenai's level.

also Tsunade said she was beautiful and has ninjutsu style like NAruto's, never said she sucked and if you had FTG and a family, you won't mark them? the marking most likely had less to do with her level of skill and more to do with Minato's love and the fact that she's a jinchuuriki. A woman who can restrain bijuu and seal them while knocking at death's door and can create a barrier the God of Shinobi said no one could do anything against is skilled in my book.
