As his teacher instructed him to run 100 laps, Kushimaru began to do so. His expression was completely covered by his ANBU mask. In a calm, and collected manner he began to count the laps one by one as he passed by his teacher. You must be registered for see links, a fragile and fit shinobi speed-walks towards the training grounds where she was supposed to meet the student. The training grounds itself was simple: Plain fields, a track surrounding the plain fields and multiple equipment used for exercise and whatnot. The most important was the hundreds of training dummies positioned conveniently around the battlefield. She stood in front of the student and whips out a whistle. Nico Robin blew on it with as much air as possible, releasing a high-pitch and annoying sound, in hopes that it would make her seem intimidating to the creepy-looking-student. "A-" She glanced at her board with paperwork and looked up again, "Kushimaru!! A HUNDRED LAPS AROUND THE TRACK, NOW!" She ordered in an assertive manner. "Oh yeah, Explain Taijutsu while you're at it. Yell at the top of your lungs while you're running, or else I won't here you, and you'd have to do it all over again. HA!" She found a nearby boulder and sat down as her student began running around the track.
Thanks! And yeah, I am on the skinny side as opposed to the bulky shinobi."Nicely done. The canon list does not contain too much taijutsu techniques that allow a user to dodge, hence why it is usually not used. It allows for more creativity, unlike specific techniques that make you specifically do things. To truly excel in taijutsu, one must know how to attack while being able to halt and retreat if necessary. It is a skill developed slowly, and is easier to do in freeform. In taijutsu battles, use your body as an advantage. For example, if you are thin, you can use your elbow, or any pointed parts of your body to attack and potentially defeat even larger opponents. This applies for larger opponents as well, so keep that in mind because physical attributes of a shinobi is important to take into consideration when you are defending or attacking them."
Nico Robin performs a hand seal to create an earth clone, resembling you. The first technique was, uh, embarrassing. Too embarrassing to be performed to Nico Robin, let alone a clone of her. "Alright, the Tiger handseal commonly used in ninjutsu and fire techniques, perform it and bump that seal up your target's behind... It does not cost that much damage, but it would bring them great discomfort... or pleasure, who knows. To enhance it, you can add projectile based weapons, or explosive tags. Now perform it on the clone that looks like you..." Nico Robin shuts her eyes, giving you enough time to perform it.
"Awsome job! I hope to see the your replies as detailed as the last! Let's move on, for these more-advanced techiques, in fact, for the rest of the techniques, I want you to perform it, and afterwards, my clone will perform it towards you while you defend from it through freeform usage with the purpose for defense, or to counter." Nico Robin clenched her fist, and grinned."This will be fun... hehe. For the first D-rank technique, clench your fist together and strike the enemy with your fist. Using your knuckles would give a stronger effect because of the bones in your knuckles. Add force into the punch, as much force as possible to make as much use for this technique. This can be done by moving your arms back before punching and move your arms for the strike from there, so your fist can gain momentum, because it is further from the target. Anyways, quickly perform it to my clone!" The clone runs towards the student with her chest undefended. Afterwards, she would attack you with the same technique, in which you'd have to defend accordingly.(Sennen Goroshi) - 1000 Years Of Death

Description:A taijutsu attack were the user does a jumping kick into the opponents face.
As the new clone is created, Kushimaru begins to run towards it with great haste. He positions his arms and hands behind his back, having them dangle behind him, similar to how many ninja run. As he runs, he calculates the distance and place in which he would have to jump in order to reach his target. As he does so, he then jumps off the floor and launches himself forward. He then adjusts his body to face the east side as he extends his left leg outward and aims to strike with the sole of his foot, directly on the clone's face. The clone should be sent flying down into the ground/far away if the strike connects."Nice job. The counter was great - little details like the momentum my clones' fist traveled at would be at a fairly fast speed, so dodging it quickly will give him a slower time to react to your next offense. I personally prefer evasion rather than a full on physical counter in close combat battles."
"Alright, this next technique is more complex than the last, but it is of the same rank. Run towards the target and jump in the air. The speed in your running should be pretty fast so when you jump, you can allow the forward momentum of you running to carry you the rest of the way. As you are in mid air, I'd like you to extend one of your legs outwards, depending on your position, and attack the enemy with that leg. The force and speed of the kick should be strong enough to push the enemy down, unless he is some sort of pain-tolerent enemy. Speed also plays a big role in this technique, because you'd obviously need some speed to commence the attack. Anyways, perform it on my clone to aim at a body part, somewhere in the upper body. Once you're done, my clone will perform it to you, and I'd like you to block accordingly."You must be registered for see images

Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.
Oh sorry about that, I thought the weight would be lowered. At least that's what fights in the anime make it seem ahaha. I do think it makes it easier to flip them though, right? As for the planting my heel on the ground, on the picture it shows Lee using the balls of his feet. Are you referring to something different that I am not seeing?"Ah, nice counter but whether she is mid air or not does not change his weight. Gravity will take its toll and she will eventually drop on the ground, so you have a short time to execute the counter from when she is airbourne to when she falls on the ground. Anyways, neat counter, I liked it. The enemy is always vulnerable mid-air, especially in a close combat fight so take that as an advantage if this is ever used on you."
"Next one is another simple technique, but if used correctly, can open up different combinations. Lower your body and position yourself to crouch down, making sure to plant your feet on your heels thus allowing you to keep your balance. To ensure balance and that you won't fall down, I suggest using one of your hands and placing it behind you, just in case you are pushed back, then you can push onto the ground to push yourself back up in the original position. Anyways, once you've assumed the position, stretch one of your legs and swipe it across, counterclockwise or clockwise. Add force and speed into it, which should knock the enemy over, giving you the perfect opening to attack. Perform it on my clone, after..."
He does not finish his sentence, and immediately after he spoke, the clone that was near you would perform the same technique. Lowered body position, and speed and force behind her spinning low kick, exerting enough force to knock you down, if it successfully made contact. She continues by striking your stomach with her elbow, pushing you back down to the ground with force.
The real Nico Robin watches from afar, examining your every move.

Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.
Understand! And as for the heel, I was referring to the balls of his feet. On the picture we see Lee using the balls of his feet. Isn't that different than planting your heels on the ground? The heel is on the opposite end of the foot right? Unless they can be described as either one"Nicely done yet again. It's a nice demonstration that you are aware of the different in strength through various shinobi's. Now, if the same ranking technique were to hit each other, say a kick against a kick in the same position, they cancel each other out IF they are of the same rank. You are a Jounin-ranked, and I am an Unofficial sage rank - even though we get slightly different 'strength' - it is merely fluff, or unimportant. What really counts is the damage output. Say you are a Gyojin's, who have x_ more damage to each tai. Because of the extra damage, your attack would be more powerful. Understand?
And yes, it should be easier to flip an opponent in air. Also, what did you mean by ' As for the planting my heel on the ground, on the picture it shows Lee using the balls of his feet. Are you referring to something different that I am not seeing?'?"
Nico Robin's clone approached the student. The original explains further, "Alright this technique is simple but must be done in quick succession. Firstly, you will attack through a high kick. This high kick, however, will not have as much power. You exchange power for speed, which allows you to transition to low-body kicks. The high kick is more or less a deceptive move, making your enemy believe that you're attacking from the upper body for the majority of the assault, when really, you move your body down to strike through a series of low kicks on the Rib-cage area. Anyways, perform it on the training dummies... Once you're done, my clone will do the same to you."

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply use one of his hands to deliver a simple punch by clenching his fist and swinging his arm. The user is free to do variations of a basic frontal punch and the technique though simple, can be deadly for strong users.
Ty, glad you liked it!"Incredible counter. I was able to picture it perfectly in my head, and what i imagined looked very epic, haha. Also, nice job taking into account shinobi's abnormal strength. Normal humans are able to jump like, a foot or two, while shinobi's have the potential to jump at much higher heights."
"Moving on!" She points at a dummy to the side. "A simple technique. Clench your fist, add force and momentum from behind by swinging your arms, then release a punch. There is variations of this punch, but basically, this technique is capable of dealing basic punches to the stomach, head, neck, face, etc. Nothing too special, but i do enjoy the creativity. Perform it with enough force to knock my dummy's head out, and after, my clone will do it to you, and i'd like you to counterattack properly."

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply hit the opponent with an open hand, slapping him. It can also be used for defensive purposes to slap incoming limbs or weapons.
Kushimaru's mask clicks as the slap is dealt on the side of his face, causing the mask itself to vibrate from the strike. After receiving a momentary stun from the slap, Kushimaru readjusts himself and walks towards the dummy. As he does so he begins to open up his left hand with spread out fingers, flexing the entirety of his hand as well as forearm. Reaching the dummy's close range, Kushimaru swipes his hand up in a diagonal fashion, aiming to strike the target directly on the side of the face using the opposite side of the hand's knuckles. (The start of the finger joints?) delivering a devastating slap."Great, Once again, using the opponents' momentum against them is a good plan for countering. Though, whether or not you could actually attack before my punch lands depends on our rank, speed, and reaction time differences; so keep that in mind. Now another simple technique." Nico Robins clone approaches you with an angered look. With drama, and a quivering hand, she slapped your face applying as much pressure as possible. "Well, you don't need to defend from that. Hah. Anyways, simply perform a slap to my clone. Its power is minimal, but that's what you get from a D-rank technique. To defend with this technique, you'd have to word it appropriately and be able to track the projectile, or other techniques you're defending. If it is a kunai, or other bladed projectile, you'd have to word it well to make sure you don't slap the pointed area, which is pretty hard for projectiles like shurikens. Once again, perform it on a training dummy. Add as much drama in the slap as you want! Oh, and no need to counter the earlier move."
