It seems pretty obvious at this point but I'll put it here for the sake of posting it.
We already know that Kurotsuchi is a scientist who does things, so I won't harp on that.
It's most likely that since most of the Arrancar's here are presumed dead, Kurotsuchi more than likely revived them somehow. It goes really well with the theme of how Giselle is able to control the dead.
Not to mention you can kind of notice the stitches on Charlotte, which is what Yumichika gave him with the vine constriction.
Just my prediction is all. ^^
