There is a debate in NB about Naruto has Kyuubi chakra anymore or not !! I would say that's not important because for your theory even if Madara drained all of Kyuubi's chakra out of Naruto , Minato still has half of it and can deliver it to Naruto !

So in the end , Naruto CAN have all 9 tailed beast chakra !

Even if that is the case what does it even matter? They all gave Naruto that chakara for the sole reason of releasing them when the time came which means he probably used the chakara to release them and now that chakara is gone. It wasn't anything close to being a power up. Even so Naruto will still be no match for Madara. He has 9 complete tailed beast which will make the 10 tails much stronger then Obito's version. Plus when he gets his other Rinnegan then its really game over. Madara has EMS,Mokuton,SM,Rinnegan,10 Tails. This is true god status right here. Obito was strong as hell and he wasn't even using the Rinnegan. Also the 8 tails chopping off his tails is probably his way of saving Killer Bee most likely.

minato still has half of the fox's chakra.

so if other tailed beast chakra didn't leave Naruto last chapter, minato and garra would make Naruto complete.

Well, he does... and the gyuki just cut off a tentacle to give him even more.

The first tiny bit of gyuki chakra was recieved when naruto was fighting kurama for kcm.

Once you have the chakra it stays with you. He lost kurama not the chakra..
