It will, logically, possess exactly the same defensive capabilities though with the 9 tails' power, trump Perfect Susano'o's offensive ability. You said the destructive power didn't increase, although by combining the bijūdama with Perfect Susano'o's blade, it's clear that something stronger has been formed.

We don't know if Perfect Susano'o can break through its own defence by swinging its swords. A full powered TBB in conjunction with multiple sword slashes may be enough to break through, however.

And as i've already mentioned, 'Kuramano' has the better feats as of now; it has sliced more mountains and caused more damage.
