Kurama is fast for his size, but not fast enough to be caught in genjutsu.. thats total bs..

You also stated that A was too fast to be caught in Tsukyomi??

Kisame isnt needed. Itachi > fox.
We've already seen what amaterasu has done to the 8 tailed fox. Amaterasu burns for 7 days and 7 nights, but also it spreads. I hardly doubt whether the fox can withstand being engulfed in amaterasu for 7 days and nights
