Tobi is def linked to Zetsu. Remember how Tobi ask Zetsu to record battles that Sasuke is in and says he will watch them later? Now how is Zetsu recording the battles they watch? With their mind of course. So how is Tobi watching these battles? He must be combing him self with them or something to see their memories or something.

Yup, so the key to Tobi is Zetsu...
Thinking of that, he could be a copy looking like anyone else (since he said I'm no one, ironically, of course) with Madara's chakra pattern?
Because it's clear that regarding the looks, Tobi for sure doesn't look like Madara.
